loved the porches
our family of 6 plus one guest was very comfortable in this house. we loved the chaise lounges on the upstairs porch, the lovely dining table on the front porch(great for breakfast) and the bbq on the back porch.
the outdoor shower helped us keep the house sand free..the large indoor dining table was fine for a large group like ours. really liked the bright sunny master suite. i would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Vacation Home
This beach home was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Was a very safe enviroment for the kids to play and walk around. Relaxation at its best!
My husband and I and my In-laws all stayed at Coco and had a great time. There was something for everyone. It was close enough to town to walk in and explore the shops, have a bite to eat or get our morning lattes. The pool is right around the corner-close enough to be convenient, far enough away not to be bothered by the noise of kids playing during the day. The master bedroom was beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the jetted tub every evening by candlelight. The upstairs deck was ideal for lazy day naps and the main level was perfect for a large family to gather and not feel as though we were on top of each other. I would highly recommend this property for convenience, affordability and comfort. More...
