Located in Seagrove Beach. 2100 sq ft. 1st floor:2nd floor:3rd floor:Take some time out for "Fun and Games" as you visit this beautiful beach cottage located in the private community of Summer's Edge. Uniquely designed and decorated, you will find it very easy to relax in this comfortable cottage. The spacious family room, dining room, and kitchen can be found on the first floor. There are also two bedrooms on this level that share a pass through bath. The second floor boasts the grand master suite and a private blacony for relaxation at the end of an event filled day.Take a relaxing stroll down a serene tree-lined lane of beach cottages as you follow a paved sidewalk to one of the two large community pools and the wooden boardwalk to the beach. Aftere a day at the beach, sit on the first floor screened porch and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Saturday to Saturday rental. Parking for 3 cars Information deemed reliable but not guaranteed.

Great Family Retreat |

The Fun & Games home was perfect for our family to meet and enjoy the beach.The grandchildren loved walking to the pool and beach. We all loved the front porch for visiting and playing games. The house was beautifully furnished and carefully thought out as far as all of our needs. We grandparents enjoyed our quiet retreat in the master suite upstairs. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather downstairs & enjoy meals together.
The house was immaculately clean and ready for our arrival.
We had a wonderful week!

We escaped to Summers Edge from the cold North and enjoyed every
minute of our stay at Fun and Games. The decor is perfect--wouldn't
have changed a thing--and the comfy couches entice you to relax.
The kitchen is well stocked, and we even found cake pans to make a
birthday cake! The layout worked like magic for our family of three
young children, and we couldn't believe how easily we could get to the
beach. The only problem we encountered was a lack of internet
access. |

Colorful, Beachy Cottage |

This beach cottage was a perfect place to stay for the July 4
holiday. It is well designed and spaced out and there was plenty
of room for my family of 4 and my mom and aunt to be
comfortable. Fun and Games is decorated so cute and has all
the amenities you need for a great vacation. We spent a lot of
time on the screen porch too in the mornings and were able to
see the fireworks on July 4 from our small balcony off the
master bedroom. It was an easy walk to the pool and we love
the neighborhood, we have stayed in Summer's Edge plenty of
times and it is great for riding bikes and playing for the kids.
Overall,we had an excellent vacation and this is a very
memorable beach cottage! We will be back to Fun and Games. |

| This was a great home to rent and the name fits it perfectly! We had alot of fun and played games every night. We cooked almost every night because I LOVED the kitchen. This is great for families, has a great pool and the walk to the beach was a little far the first time but found it to be pleasant for the rest of the week. |
