The Monaco house is fabulous, it's got great access to the beach, less than a block away. The house is in excellent condition, and there was a well stocked kitchen to allow for cooked meals at home. The rooms were all very elegant and spacious enough for everyone on the trip.

The pool and hot tub were right around the corner and made for an excellent escape after the beach.

knocked my flip flops off! St. Tropez is a
beautiful subdivision right off of scenic 98,
and this house matches the beauty of the

This home is one of the most beautiful homes I have seen! The decor, furnishings and all the amenities provided were so much more than I could ever have expected. It is located in a beautiful and private area of Destin with cobblestone streets. Very convenient to the beach, golfing, shopping, restaurants or any of the other local activities. We had a family group of 10 and each family was able to have their own private space, as well as having a large space to gather together for meals or other activities. Sandcastle Escapes management company was more than accommodating on anything we asked or needed. When we checked in after our long 12 hour drive, they took us directly to our rental instead of just giving us directions from their office. I could not have asked for any better experience from beginning to end with the management office and the rental property. I would like to thank the homeowners for allowing my family the privilege of experiencing Destin from such a beautiful location. We all truly felt like royalty! More...

We had four couples on our vacation and the house and location was perfect for us all. The rooms gave plenty of privacy and the lower level was perfect for gathering together.
The walk to the Beach was not too far, but for the most part we just drove or cars to the little parking area. The beach was not crowded which was nice for all of us.
The only real complaint we had was that the hot tub did not seem to ever get hot we did not know if it was because of the time of year we had gone or what, but that was not a big deal we spent most of our time at the beach and at the close restaurants. That part was nice also the fact that the restaurants were all within a 5 to 10 mile distance and the mall was across the street fantastic!!!
Also when we had a situation with not having some items we called and they were brought within the hour, nice service. We will most likely be getting that home again thanks for the wonderful 4 days.

Rarely are vacation homes or hotels as nice as they appear in the pictures you see on the internet. This home is without a doubt an exception to the rule.
