Located in Seagrove Beach. 3000 sq ft. 1st floor:2nd floor:3rd floor:This beautiful property is a newly built home in Summers Edge, a beachside community in Seagrove Beach. One house back from the beach and right next to the walkway down to the beach, this home is perfectly situated. There is also a neighborhood pool within 50 yards both east and west of the home. The home was built to take advantage of the exceptional gulf views from both the second and third floor decks. The living areas are open and revolve around a magnificent kitchen. This beautiful kitchen has top of the line appliances, cabinetry and granite counter tops. There is an additional ice maker, wet bar, and wine refrigerator for your entertaining convenience. The living areas are comfortable with great gulf views, large open decks and even a fireplace for cooler months. There are four bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Each bedroom feels like a master suite with three bedrooms with a king bed and the fourth with a queen bed. There are also 2 alcoves for additional sleeping - each with their own bed. There is plenty of parking space with a two car garage and parking for two more cars in the driveway. This home rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. Great house for our family. Close to the beach and swimming pools.
Nice neighborhood convenient to restaurants as well as large kitchen
for eating in. Living area, bedrooms, baths, and balconies were terrific
for children and adults. We had a wonderful time. |

If you want to wake up every morning at 7:00 a.m. to the sound of saws and heavy construction this is the place to stay!
Plus, it goes on all day long so you can enjoy the noise while you're trying to have lunch on any of the decks.

| This was the perfect beach location for a family with small kids. It was the closest property to the beach and VERY close to the pool. With 2 toddlers, this was our ideal vacation home. We will certainly be renting this home again for future vacations! |

| We stayed at the Nantucket house for spring break with another family. The home was outstanding. Plenty of room for 2 families (8 people). I chose the house because it was only a few steps from the beach and pool. The weather was a little cool but we enjoyed the large covered porch for grilling, entertaining, and just relaxing. The rooms were beautiful and gave you the feeling of being in a large beach cottage. I will stay here again when we are back in the area. |

| The house is large enough for two families to stay comfortably and makes for great entertaining. There are great decks off the two master bedrooms and a large deck of the main living area for outdoor grilling and dining. There are two sleeping nooks for extra guests and plenty of bathrooms to go around. The beach is seconds away from the house. The house has lots of beach chairs and equipment. Loved it! Will come back next year. |

| We had a wonderful experience in Nantucket! It suited our needs so well and provided plenty of room for the 3 families to have their own personal space, plus our two babysitters. We had plenty of room to eat together and commune in the living space! We also loved being able to view the beach from the porches. We are sold on the Summer's Edge community. It is our chosen beach spot! |

| The location for this rental is fabulous. Its just steps away fromo the beach. No long hikes in case you forget something. We loved it. We had two couples and we each had one small child. We go to Seagrove every year and will keep this location on our list as a great place to stay if available. |
