French door leading to 3rd floor balcony*1 bunk room w/ private bath including 2 sinks. 2 twin beds & 2 full beds can accommodate 6 children.2nd floor-*Main living room w/ gas fireplace- double French doors leading to balcony*Dining room w/ 9 foot table (seating for 12) as well as bar area w/ seating for 6*Kitchen- 2 separate sinks, 1 dishwasher, 2 ovens, 1 full size fridge, 1 beverage fridge, 2 microwaves, 1 electric cooktop with 5 eyes, full size ice maker*Laundry room w/ full size washer & dryer*1/2 bath close to kitchen*1 master bedroom (king bed) w/ private bath including 2 sinks & walk in closet. Just Perfect in all perspectives |

Found this home on VRBO...have been down to the area for the last 10 years...ages in our
group range from 7 months to 67 years...there
were 12 of us ...all family and we had every
thing we need in the house...beds were the
best ever...distance to the water was the
closest ever and the pool and area were
awsome....usually we have at least one issue
with the home...but not Peace of Mind...It
was perfect...if we come again, we will rent
this house....and Sand Castle Escapes rental
agency was the best ever also...they were
so accomodating and efficient....We have
nothing to say except it was wonderful...
they even had a bed for the 7 month old.

| I would rather not tell you how wonderful Peace of Mind is because when it comes time for me to rent again it might be booked. Really this place was great that was a large crowd of us and we never once stepped on his others toes! The kitchen is well equipped with EVERYTHING. The beach IS really just steps away. Almost all rooms had a private bath and that was great. The pool was wonderful with the oceans waves in the background. We will be back! |

| My family had a wonderful week staying at Peace of Mind. It is our second stay there and we are very impressed with the house. The rooms are large and each room has its own bath, which is great for large groups. The house has fabulous amenities (pool, hotub, common areas) and there is an unobstructed view of the beach. The location is also attractive to us because it is on a quiet street. I would highly recommend this property. |

We have been visiting this area of Florida since 1990, first with just our daughters and now our family of 12. In all our stays, this is by far the best house for us we have ever rented.
It's roomy, has a well-equipped kitchen, close to the beach and has a good-sized pool. All of us loved it! In this this year (2008) the children wanted to drive by to see it again.
I heartily recomment "Peace of Mind".

| This is a great property. Facilities are top notch. Location is perfect. I would highly recommend this as a vacation spot for some peace and quiet, beautiful beaches and homes. |
