It was a beautiful home, spacious layout, all the amenities. Clean sheets, clean bathrooms, incredible master suite!! Nice balconies, 2 minute walk to the beach.
The main concern I had was that the keyless entry didn't work!! We got locked out and continued to try for about 10 minutes until it worked temporarily. We were close to actually breaking a window to get back inside. Once the lock worked, we had to leave the upstairs door unlocked for the entire weekend to prevent another lockout. This didn't make us feel safe, but we didn't have a choice. We contacted the afterhours # immediately to report the issue, on Thursday at 6:30PM, just an hour after getting there. They guaranteed someone would be there first thing Friday morning, but no one showed to fix it all weekend!! Not good customer service, but the home was incredible.

This home is perfect for a family vacation/get-a-way. We had 4 generations spend a week at Majestica Beach in this house. With the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. We had 9 adults and 4 children (2 of them infants) and each family had their own bedroom adn bathroom. The kitchen is adequately equipped to cook all of your meals. It is an easy walk to the beach-which is spectacular! We enjoyed the house so much, that our whole family is planning on going back again next October for another week! More...

We are a group of friends that celebrate New Years together and have done for years. In 2007/2008 we choose to seek a different area and are we glad we did! We found this wonderful house that was perfect for five couples. The kitchen is spacious and beautiful. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it.
Before we left we made sure to leave the property the way we found it. However, it would have been great if there had been some cleaning products, tea towels for the dishes etc. Also, the supply of kitchen equipment, wine glasses, cups etc. were very few and not enough for 10 people. It would be good to have some information at the time of renting about the kitchen supply so one knows if and/or what to bring.

House was fabulous! And the owners were so sweet. I know they took a chance renting to college spring breakers but after meeting us I think they saw we were not going to trash their beautiful house.

We spent a wonderful week at Majestica Beach. Sanibel provided us with room for family gatherings while at the same time everyone had their own space. We have taken several family vacations with our children and grandchildren but, it was a majority vote that this was the best ever!The house was close to the beach no through traffic so we did not have to worry about the kids going back and forth. Everyone from the oldest to the youngest thought it was a wonderful treat having the beach chairs and umbrellas waiting on us each morning and we did not have to worry with taking them down. There were no keys to worry about. Combinations to the gate and house provided to us in advance made it convenient since we were coming from four different directions with different arrival times. We drove right to the house. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to see it mathced the pictures online and more! We recommended this house to friends who stayed in Sanibel August 2008 and they too said it was the best vacation ever! We plan to visit Seagrove again next summer. Our kids and grandkids are already excited and it is almost a year away.
