Small dogs allowed (25 lbs or less with pet deposit) Located in Seagrove Beach. 3450 sq ft1st floor: Living area, breakfast kitchen, 1 queen bedroom and 1 King bedroom2nd floor: Main living area, kitchen, dining, bedroom w/ 2 sets of bunks, bedroom w/ queen3rd floor: 2 Master suites with private bathroomsThis beach house is located in Seagrove Beach, and is within 350 feet of Deer Lake State Park. The 1st floor offers 2 bedrooms, a living area, and breakfast kitchen. The second floor is where the main living area, dining, and kitchen are located. Two bedrooms on the second floor are well equipped, one features 2 sets of twin bunks and the other has a queen. The third floor boasts 2 master suites, each with a king bed and private bathroom. Great home for big crowd! |

We stayed here with several family members and really enjoyed it. The house is beautiful and very roomy. The master suites on the third floor are amazing and have great views of the ocean and lake. We brought our two dogs and they loved all of the balconies, as did we. The kitchen was well equipped and big enough for all of our food and alcohol. We love the second refrigerator and put it to good use.
We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon! |

| We had a great time. There was plenty of room. It was nice to be able to split up the parties at the house, rarely knew what the adult children were up to! The beach is wonderful, nice not to have to climb down alot of stairs to get to the beach. The weather was colder than last year, but we were there for a wedding and it was great on the event day. | This home is well located and a great design for the capacity of the house. Really good to have a large dining table to seat 10+ people and so many King beds. Heated pool is a +. Some details of maintenance and repair were lacking. Many light bulbs burnt out. Exterior door latches loose and not functioning well. And the dishwasher does not wash well or dry dishes at all. The rinse aid cap is missing. (needs replacing) Several patio chairs missing bolts. |

We just spent a fabulous week in Sea You in Paradise. This was our first time in a vacation rental house and it was a wonderful experience. The house was perfect for young children as it is on a dead end street and was close enough to the beach that the little ones didn't get tired. The house was set up beautifully and there was plenty of room for all. The added bonus for us was all the chairs provided, from lounge chairs at the pool to the deck chairs. It was such a wonderful house to relax and enjoy the family. We were able to grill outside and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials that preparing meals was easy. We hope to be able to be back again soon.

| Hello, Me and my family stayed at sea you in paradise in september. When we arrived at the house we were amazed, everything about the house exceeded our expectations. We have 5 children under the age of 4, so the location was perfect. The house was in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful private beach. No one in our family wanted to leave and we all agreed that this was the most perfect vacation house that we have stayed yet! |

Great place! We had 3 families and didn't feel cramped at all... The lower level kitchen added additional privacy to the older kids that were with the overall group.

| This was the perfect family beach house with a gret flow, plenty of room, a pool(a must for kids) beach view (next best thing to being on the beach) easy access to the beach just steps from the front door. Seagrove offers so much and this is a great area for biking,swimming,fishing,golfing, fine dinning,shopping and lots of other activites. We will be going back every year! |

| THIS BEACH HOUSE WAS MORE THAN WE IMAGINED.THERE WAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR THE TEN OF US.WE WERE ABLE TO SIT DOWN FOR MEALS TOGETHER. THERE WAS AMPLE DISHES,ETC. THE PRIVATE POOL WAS WEL MAINTAINED AND THE SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH WAS HELPED BY A WAGON (SUPPLIED) TO THE DELIGHT OF THE CHILDREN.THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST BEACH HOUSE WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN. |

The property worked well for us. We are signed up for next year and looking forward to having another great time.
We had only 2 issues that I am aware of. The bedroom on the second floor was missing a TV remote. The king size mattress on the first floor needs to be replaced. |

| 16 Family members attended our annual Labor Day week beach trip and we had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room inside the house and out by the pool. Our only complaint would be that the house was not as clean as it was the year before upon arrival we ended up clean up ourselves when we arrived. Overall it is a great house and we will be back!! |

| My family has been visiting this area for over 20 years. We have seen a lot of change and growth.This was our first time staying all together in a home,we have always rented condos(18 of us). We went out to eat one night!We couldnt get the kids to leave.They went from breakfest to the beach stayed until dusk then to the pool till bedtime everyday for an entire week. It was so NICE not to have to run around and entertain them. There truelly was something for everyone.(walks on the beach, fishing, swimming,biking,napping to reading a book) The house was beautiful and clean! The cooks loved the kitchen.We were not crowded for space it really was paradise.I cant remeber a better time anywhere. I recommend it to anyone who truelly wants a great vacation and once in a lifetime memories! Annie Wuestefeld |

Four couples shared this lovely home for a long weekend. Each couple had a private bedroom and bath with rooms arranged over the three levels of the house. The private pool was great and the agency heated it for us for a minimal charge ($100). The large kitchen plus a smaller kitchen downstairs provided ample space for cooking our own meals, but we truly enjoyed eating at some of the fine restaurants nearby as well. The uncrowded beach was just a short walk away with great views of the ocean from the house.
The house is very nice, but needs some general maintenance. Some dresser drawers were broken, ceiling fan in main room was inoperable, and there is a need for better lighting by the outside entrance. There was inadequate lighting in some of the rooms, especially the first level bathroom.
All in all, it was a most relaxing visit and we would rent this property again. |
