NeahKahNie Sunset

This was the 2nd year we stayed in this property. We love the location and view from this property. The 1 mile hike down and up a steep 400 ft hill to the beach is a good workout each day, if you want a workout. But, the property is showing wear and the owner needs to upgrade many things like: flatware, linens, etc. The property will sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. More than that and it is a tight fit. We are considering a larger property, NS was too small for our family. Our only negative feeling is that the owner needs to put some money back into the property.
The Property Manager, OceanEdge Vacation Properties, is first rate. We highly recommend them and are considering other properties they manage.

Manzanita OR - NeahKahNie Sunset

We rented this property sight unseen a year ago and it was better than we expected. NeahKahNie Sunset is a jewel. Wonderful view and very private. You have neighbors, but you cannot see them and they cannot see you.
Manzanita does not feel like a "beach town." More like a retreat for ageing hippies. Very New Age and laid back. We love it!

Terrific Neakahnie Sunset

Although the property (furnishings, etc.) are quite dated, everything was very clean and comfortable. Fabulous deck and hot tub!
