The website does not do this home justice! We've stayed in Newman-Dailey Resort Properties three other times, and this one was our favorite. Words cannot adequately describe the experience of being able to walk right out on the very private beach from the townhome. When we arrived we were pleased to find out both master bedroom AND bottom floor guest bedroom had walk-out balcony/patio overlooking the ocean. This is in addition to living room walk-out as well. This is the best location to stores, restaurants, etc. However, we enjoyed it so much we ate most meals in because we didn't want to leave this beautiful location. We even cooked our own fresh seafood one night and ate at the large table on the spacious balcony off the living room. This was the perfect beach vacation, one which we'll remember always. We were thrilled with SeaMist 4 during our week-long beach vacation. The townhouse was comfortable and roomy enough for our family of five (including two teenaged sons and 7-year-old daughter),the kitchen was stocked with any gadget we were looking for, and the unit was quiet and peaceful.
We especially enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella placed near the shore each morning identifying our "private" section of beach.
Our week could not have been more wonderful and we would definitely stay at SeaMist again.

A quiet and private spot with excellant permanant resident neighbors. Complex has everything you might want and none of the things most visitors try to avoid. Lovely panorama of the coast, plenty of room and is well maintained. I've been doing business with Newman-Dailey Resort Properties since 1986 on a semi-annual basis and have been more than satisfied with the properties they represent and the firm's level of care of guests and trustworthiness are above reproach.
