This three-story rental has two full kitchens with granite counters, a beachfront patio with a private spa, barbecue, and patio furniture, a rooftop deck with more patio furniture and a barbecue, and a balcony with another private spa! This home was recently built, and everything is like new. Beautiful travertine floors, that will heat up if you so wish. There is a 4 car garage and 4 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of launrdy! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!
Take a second and imagine what your beach vacation could be like.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Cook a delicious breakfast in your kitchen with your entire family, wander outside and eat it as you gaze out to the sea. After breakfast, head to the beach (two steps from your backdoor) for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. As far as food, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes for you to choose from. But, many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental.life doesnt get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. I took my wife's and my youth group on a weekend retreat to San Diego. The teens absolutely fell in love with the house. It was amazingly huge! The teens kept commenting, "There's more?"
Great place on the beach and easy for a couple of families to get away and have an amazing trip. |

We had a small wedding with friends and family, couldn't have asked for a better setting, weather or surf.
The home is beautiful and the location is unmatched.
The rate we paid for the off season was great and of the 20 + people staying at the house we heard nothing but praise. |

| Everything went perfect. The pictures did not do the property justice, and....they certainly weren't misleading. Staff was readily available when there was a problem. Resolved in minimal time with minimal fuss. Almost like home away from home, except for the views and the beach access. We come from the suburbs, so, this was breathtaking. Everything handled professionally. The company worked with us from the start and accomodated and eased any "fears" we had. Would not hesitate to find another rental thru Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals. |
