Amazing 4 bedroom vacation home sitting directly on the sand! This is the bottom unit of a two-unit villa. This one story rental has a full kitchen with granite counters, a beachfront patio that leads directly to the sand with patio furniture a barbecue, and a private spa! This home was recently built, and everything is like new, with no amenities spared, including beautiful travertine floors, that will heat up if you so wish. There is a 2 car tandem garage and 2 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of launrdy! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!
Take a second and imagine what your beach vacation could be like.
Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Cook a delicious breakfast in your kitchen with your entire family, wander outside and eat it as you gaze out to the sea. After breakfast, head to the beach (two steps from your backdoor) for a day of sun, surf, play, and most of all relaxation. The beaches in San Diego are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. As far as food, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes for you to choose from. But, many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental.life doesnt get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.
This vacation rental is a home away from home. You will not feel like you are in a hotel room. Each room has character, and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast.

| Our family had a wonderful week of vacation at this home! We love being able to play down on the beach and one minute later we can be in a beautiful home preparing a snack or lounging on the window seat watching the ocean. The jacuzzi is and grill are great additions to the patio area as well. We often talk about the next time we'll be able to return to this home! |

| My husband and I decided several years ago to give our kids and grandkids a one week vacation...together..as a Christmas present! We stayed at the Beachfront Only Properties this year and it was our best family vacation ever! It was "home" to us the minute we walked through the door. It's hard for everyone to be there the whole week - but our time together is very special. Each day special memories are being made for each of us as we take walks along the beach, build sand castles, sit and relax in the jacquizzi, and do our annual (silly) family talent show. We usually have to load up our car with things we'll need for the week ~ but you made it so easy for us this year. Beachfront Only Properties thought of everything!!! Thank you for helping our family have a week we'll always remember. We're all anxious for our family vacation next year at the same home! |
