Our quaint beach bungalows are inches from the ocean, with no roads between the rental and the beach! Right out your front door you have a shared patio to enjoy with a barbecue, volleyball court, and fire ring, all with the beach as your backdrop! Just updated with crown molding, new carpet and new paint. Each unit is professionally decorated and has its own kitchenette with a refrigerator and oven/stove. Kitchen utensils, towels, & linens are all provided. There is also a shared laundry room available. These are perfect for romantic getaways, a gathering with friends, or for a small family. You will not find a better deal on a beachfront vacation rental!

| the location is beautiful, just in front of the ocean. We did not like the carpet on the living room. the kitchen is well furnished but there is no a surface where put a dish when cooking. |

| The unit itself was charming and clean which was delighful! The staff was so helpful it is second to non. However, the unit was very warm and had no ceiling fans. The only fan was a very small floor fan that did not do to much good. The windows did not slide well and did not lock but they did provide the vice locks for most of the windows. Many units had screen doors, this unit did not so you had to open both doors to get air in the unit and people would look in as they were walking by. There was only the one TV in the living room and it was very small along with only a couch and no other places for a person to sit. Regardless, I would encourage people to use this rental company, they are so great. They took the time to explain the rental agreement to me, answered all my questions and were very patient with me. I plan to use them for our next vacation but this time I will look for a unit that has air or at least ceiling fans and screen doors. |

| We had a great time staying in #3. it was very close to the beach and my little niece just loved playing in the ocean. We had the family over for cook outs and we would definately stay there again. The place was very clean and nice. Thanks! |

| Our family really enjoyed staying at the charming bungalow in Oceanside. It was very clean and we had everything that we needed to make our stay pleasant. I loved the fact that the beach was so close and the common area was great. I didn't want to leave to come home! |

| I really enjoyed my stay the location was great. My only issue is that there should be at least ceiling fans in bedroom and living room or a window air conditioner. In mid August it can get quite hot during the day. At the very least a screen door, with the door closed even windows open it is really stuffy we had to stay outside until it got cooler in the evening. Other than that it was nice. The pull out bed needed a better mattress too. I would go again if there were fans and a screen door. Thank you |

| I booked this under the impression that we would be on the beach.. Seeing the beach, feeling the breeze of the beach.. But that wasn't the case. These homes face perpendicular to the beach. So the breeze is only felt when you are in the parking lot outside of the unit. There was no air conditioning. It faced a parking lot. Each night of our stay we had a hard time parking even though we were supposed to have a spot in front of our unit. The home itself was clean, the bedding was clean, however if your expecting to see the beach, you will not. I had a hard time enjoying the house because it was so hot inside. The little fan that came with the house didn't help. |

| We apologize that this did not meet your standards. We do not advertise these as being directly on the sand, rather "steps to the sand". We have posted an aerial view diagram of these units so that renters can see the proximity to the sand before renting. Also, we never can guarantee street parking, but we do try and reserve it for our renters the best that we can. |

| the location was great. the online pictures were misleading to what the place looked like inside . i was expecting a little better looking place on the inside . the shower stall was dingy and horrible. you couldnot read the numbers on the oven dial, i tried baking a pie one night and had to do it by guessing. it got soo hot in teh daytime and there was no ventilation in teh place. the kitchen was well stocked dishes etc wise. i loved the proximity to the beach |

| We had a great time while we were waiting to upgrade to 823A. Accomodations were ok but mainly it was the location that we liked. We would probably not rent this unit for a lengthy stay. |

| Great location steps from the beach. Units were clean and well taken care of. My brother and I, along with our families, helped our parents celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. We rented units 3 and 4. My parents styed in the one-bedroom, and the other two families stayed in the two-bedroom. (Can't remember which unit number is which.) Interior of unit was fine. Be aware that the units face right on the dead-end of a street with public beach access. So there will be a fair amount of foot traffic near your front door. If you like meeting other people, you will have the opportunity. Regardless, you will spend most of your time on the beach. Oceanside Pier is a nice walk to the north. |

| We used to live in Hawaii and love to take every opportunity to visit the coast while here in California. Condo #835, #3 is great because it is isolated from the other condos enough to have privacy. However, it is close enough to the beach to be very convenient for kids and surfers alike. Most of all, we appreciated the price. In an economy like this, keeping the price low makes a stay like this realistic for many people. |

| The units are on the beach but they are old. The shower was disgusting; it had been painted over so many times but the black moldy stuff was still there. I didn't have a key to the garbage area so I was told to leave it outside the gate. Yuck for those on that side. They were also doing construction on the other half and failed to mention that on the website or through the management company.I will wait until they finish remodeling before I go again. |

All of the 835 units have also been redone with new paint, carpet, crown molding, and kitchen counters, and there has also been a a communal area added with lawn, patio, gas barbecue and fire-ring. | We brought our 2 kids both under 2 and were able to let them crawl and run around without too much worry because the place really looked clean. The furniture seemed to be newish. It was so awesome to walk down to the beach every morning and sit on the sand with our Bailey's and Coffee. Mmmmm. Within walking distance to a park on the beach and a pier with a kid friendly diner. We will definately be back again, but maybe we'll be a group and try one of the bigger ones. Oh, this particular house is older. So be forwarned. The door takes a special touch to open, as do the windows. And, some of the vertical blinds like to come down. If you are fancy and picky, get a place that costs more and you won't have to deal with that. For us, we could not have asked more a better vacation!!!! Thanks! |
