Amazing 9 bedroom single family home sitting directly on the sand! If you have a large group, this home is for you! This three-story rental has two full kitchens with granite counters, a beachfront patio with a private spa, barbecue, and patio furniture, a rooftop deck with more patio furniture and a barbecue, and a balcony with another private spa! This home was recently built, and everything is like new. Beautiful travertine floors, that will heat up if you so wish. There is a 4 car garage and 4 washer and dryer units, so when you return home, you will not have loads and loads of launrdy! Nothing was spared when this rental was built. Come escape to luxury on the beach!
This home is located in the coastal town of Oceanside, where the beaches are nothing short of spectacular, with wide sandy beaches and gorgeous waters year-round. After a day at the beach, take a walk to the pier perhaps, wander down and either watch the surfers, go fishing, or take a sail boat out at the harbor. When it is time for dinner, there is an endless amount of delicious restaurants and cafes for you to choose from, but many choose to cook their meals at the vacation rental. Life doesn't get much better than having your close friends and family around, enjoying a glass of wine, preparing a scrumptious meal as you watch the sun go down on the horizon of the Pacific Ocean Fall asleep to the sound of the lulling waves, wake up and do it again.
This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character and everything is professionally decorated. This was a vacation the family has talked about for years--staying right on the beach.
Not only were we on the beach, but we were all together in one place. We are a close knit family and like to vacation together. We also like some space for privacy on occasion. We had four generations of family in one home. This home had it all.
Even great-grandma was tempted enough to go in the ocean with the rest of the family. What a treat!
This Beach Front Home lived up to all the expectations we had. And we had lots of them.

| My entire family, and a few friends, enjoyed the stay very much. Both great grandmothers were there this year and absolutely loved everything. This is our second year of renting 811A and this year we rented A for two weeks and B for the second week. We had plenty of room and the staff was extremely responsive. The beach is clean and well patrolled. The access is not just a walk out to the sand, but we find that a good thing with 4 grandchildren under 3! This also minimizes traffic in front of the ocean front row house. We are going back next year , maybe for longer. Oceanside keeps the beach town atmosphere while improving in major areas such as safety, cleanliness, shopping and restaurants. We stayed at the beachhouse on Oceanside for 9 nights. When we arrived at the property we were overwelmed by the luxury and the fantastic view over the Pacific Ocean. We rented the whole house ( three floors) because we were there with 19 family members. Adults and kids. Every morning we we facinated by the ocean waves and the surfers. The temperature was not really hot, but we had sunshine most of the days. We enjoyed cooking together in the wonderfull kitchen. We've visited Sea Word, Downtown San Diego, LA and other small counties. Everything in the house was perfect!! All the washing machines and dryers. We all left with clean clothes! A few members of the family enjoyed the shopping and others just enjoyed the time to relax. We will certainly visit California again en hope find another vacantion rental with the same qualities as this beach vacantion rental. Thanks again to all staf members of San Diego Vacation Rental.

| Only negative was that the dishwasher on the main level was broken when we got there and never was fixed. The elevator is also a bit squirrelly, but was a godsend as we were there with our 85 year-old mother! Other wise, I was just blown away with how wonderful the property was. Beautiful location and beautifully appointed house. |

| I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone We had a family reunion with 16 people - 7 kids and 9 adults.What a wonderful week we had.We rented both condos - up and down. So much room for everyone and enuf space for privacy. Both were extremely well appointed, clean as a whistle, location excellent and the view of the ocean with fabulous waves, undescribably beautiful sunsets and funseeking surfers spectacular.We even were graced by a school of dolphins!Of course it didn't hurt that we were blessed with great weather, mid to high 70's in January so we could swim the ocean every day. The few maintenance issues were taken care of IMMEDIATeLY, even on Sunday by polite and efficient workmen. This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. The location is covenient, within 1/2 hour to 45 min.- to Legoland, Wild Animal Park, Coronado, San Diego and anything else we wanted. We also discovered the great restaurant, 333 Pacific within walking distance with its great Vodka Bar. Yes, you will not go wrong with this place. Couldn't find anything negative to say about it. |

The UC Berkeley Triathlon team has done winter training in San Deigo for the past tow years and have stayed at the property at 811 S. Pacific. The unit has always been clean, stocked and ready to go. When ever we needed something like extra blankets the management was there within the hour to provide what we needed.
This year there were problems with the upstairs hot tub that were never resolved however we were able to use the additional hot tubs one the patio level so it all worked out well. Maintenance was also great about fixing the beachside entry key pad, replacing burned out exterior lighting as well as attending to a snag with the garage door.
Last year the kitchen had a more complete set of reusable plastic containers for left overs, this year it was not complete. It would be nice to see a more complete to store leftovers after meals.
Thanks for a great stay in an excellent location, we will be sure to come back for years ahead.

We had a wonderful time staying at 811 Pacific Dr.! Everything was so accomadating and comfortable! We were surprised to see how many utensils were there for us to cook with! The bedroons were so comfortable with enough room to unpack and store your belongings. I loved the layout of the house! It fit perfect for our whole family to stay there! Thank you so much! We hope to come again next year!

| There seemed to be LOTS of everything needed for comfort, like towels, pillows, dishes, etc. Although we loved the place and would return, some more attention to detail would help: 1. Barely functional dishwasher (gets heavy use in a unit this size), dead batteries in TV remote and garage openers, larger pots and pans were worn out and difficult to cook with. |

| I used the property to facilitate a women's holistic retreat, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect home. It was comfortably luxurious, had every possible detail covered and the view was perfect. Each bedroom having it's own bedroom was a huge plus. The management was incredibly supportive and accomodating through my decision making process as well as during the stay. I'm making it an annual event at the exact same location for years to come! |

50th Anniversary Family Reunion |

While planning our 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration we were confronted with two important facts. First, our six married children have brought us 16 grandchildren aged 2 to 23 so what venue appeals to everyone of our 30 people. The answer was, THE BEACH.
Second, how does one find accomodations for 7 families in one spot. The 911 S. Pacific property in Oceanside proved to be just perfect. It was professionally serviced, absolutely clean and fully equiped, and well located. We had a perfect week with our entire family. We are already recommending this company to our friends and relatives. |

| It was a wonderful stay. For the money, I would suggest better quality toasters and very simple, easy to use coffeemakers and we would have liked the use of the elevators for heavy luggage and groceries. The upper spa was noisy for the bedroom below. We would do it again, no doubt! Several couples who were walking by asked a lot of questions about the units. We took 3 small groups for a short tour and they were impressed. You may get some business from them. Yes, Tim and I are in sales and we know how important this type of referral is. Thanks.
