Our quaint beach bungalows are either directly on the sand, or steps from it! They are all professionally decorated and each one has its own kitchenette with a refrigerator and oven/stove. These are perfect for romantic getaways, a gathering with friends, or for a small family. You will not find a better deal on a beachfront vacation rental!

Relax and Rejunivate at Oceanside |

| It was the most relaxing few days I had in a few years. This was the perfect oceanfront property for a single or couple. I would like to go there again on December 24th thur 12/27 but I was told they are going to tear it down to build a highraise. What a shame it was the perfect bunalow, quite oceanfront hideaway. |

A Chance for my Mom to be at the Beach! |

We had great service from all the Beachfront folks via phone; my Mother is wheelchair bound so we had some special needs. A ramp was installed to wheel her into the unit and grab bars were placed in the bathroom...we could've not have had beach time without these additions.
The home was clean and just fine. It was great to have so many towels available ;-}
The location was wonderful, being right on the beach!
The check-in and check-out times did create a little stress, but thankfully we were given some leeway on the check-in time. Since my Mom was arriving from Pasadena by car, it was great that we didn't have to wait in the car until 4pm to check-in (thank you!) We managed to be out by 10am but noon would've been much more comfortable.
Overall, we hope to rent again in Oceanside through Beachfront rentals. The personal touches were so appreciated!

The only thing I would add/change is to have a dish washer or at least a garbage disposal.

| We had a great time! We will make this place our place to stay every year. The inside is completely redone and very clean. Beds both very comfortable. Perfect size and location, right on the beach. You can walk right off your small private patio onto the beach! The Pier is a 15 min beach or path walk where you can eat at Ruby's, good food. I liked sitting on our patio to watch surfers and dolphins ride the waves. Fun! |

I am a travel nurse in AZ. Me and a friend stayed here for a week. It was my friends first time to the beach. We had a fantastic vacation. Would like to be able to stay here again and again. I hope this place stays for awhile. But during my stay, got word that it would possibly be torn down and replaced with a new unit. I hope this unit will be available for a long time. It was great being on the beach, watching the waves and enjoying life.

| Perfect! This was a beautiful place to stay. The house was amazing nice decor, spacious, clean exactly what we were looking for. The beach was amazing, it was my 2 year olds first vacation and she loved it. Great location took us about 15 minutes to get anywhere. We definetely want to return. |

I took my daughter and a couple of her friends to Oceanside on spring break this year. I visited Oceanside 2 years ago and fell in love with the area. It wasn't a bustling city but it was in the middle of everything. After my daughter googled several vacation hotspots, from Florida to Hawaii, she chose to spend her vacation in Oceanside after viewing pictures from my previous stay.
The beach was endless and the weather was very pleasant. The condominium was perfect. We could not have asked for a better location. We had a beachfront view, easy access, and great curbside parking. The condo was well kept and the staff was prompt in serving us with the slightest amenities. I do plan on returning to vacation here in the near future and if available, lease the same unit.
If you need a getaway vacation, especially with teenagers, this is the town and place to stay. There are a lot of local activities to do including surfing, swimming, sightseeing, hiking, biking, and not to mention sidewalk shopping along the main strip. I would strongly recommend Beachfront Properties to all of my friends and family.

| We found Beachfront only vacations at the last minute and couldn't have been happier. The small cottage-like house was just incredible. All new appliances worked great and everything was super clean. The bedrooms were good size and the living area was more than adequate. If there is a way to have a phone in the units that would add just that much more to it, so we had to walk around the corner to a payphone to make calls that we didn't want to use our cell phone for (we have a Canadian cell plan, so using the cell would cost alot. If you have a phone in the US it might not be a big deal). In spite of that one drawback, the rest of the amenities more than made up for it. Step off the front deck and we were on the beach. The city of Oceanside is a great center for seeing any of the attractions that Southern California has to offer. I lost count of the number of times we walked up and down the beach. The office staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Since we were there in "low season" the rates were absolutely spectacular making the stay that much more enjoyable. We are definitely coming back next year! |

| We had a very nice stay at this house. The view was fantastic! Pretty much everything we needed was there; dishes, cookware, towels. The only thing I didnt really think about was having to supply extra toilet paper. I thought they supplied this like a hotel. No biggie, but since we stayed a whole week, I had to go get some more. Plenty of room for our family. The windows and back door are pretty old and were a little hard to open and close, but once they were, it was fine. Anytime I would call for anything, they were very courteous and helpful. Great customer service. |

Really Right on the Beach |

| If you want to be right on the beach, this (unit #4) is the place. We were able to look at the ocean and watch the pelicans fly by from our living and dining areas. The building is nothing special to look at from the outside, but inside is clean and comfortable and well furnished to accommodate 4 people. The description says it can accommodate up to 6, but it would be a bit crowded for that many. It was easy to locate, though parking may be a bit of a challenge during busy seasons as there is no reserved parking for the units here. It got fairly cold at night while we were there, and there were no extra blankets or heaters in the unit. Fortunately, I had noticed that early in the afternoon and called the office, and they were very helpful. Someone came out right away to bring heaters and extra blankets. The units are not within easy walking distance of any restaurants, but driving around town is very easy. There were several grocery stores within quick driving distance as well as a movie theater. The longest wooden pier on the west coast is about a 25 minute walk along the beach, and there is a fifties style diner, Ruby's, at the end of it. Oceanside has a nice small town feel and is still convenient to San Diego attractions (being only about 30 minutes away). My husband and I enjoyed our short stay very much. |

| We had a great time in the bungalows, although when I called for this year, the agent told me the bungalows had been torn down. We rented three little bungalaows, with 14 people altogether. Had a great Thanksgiving holiday with all of us on the beach. I even cooked a full turkey dinner. It was the best!! Can't wait to do it again. The bungalows were just fine, worked just great for us. |

| I expected more. But it was priced right after a little haggling. We were going to stay somewhere else closer to MCRD San Diego. But because this property was right on the beach we decided to stay here. The property is old and smells of age. I'm glad we went during off season in October because there wasn't any A/C. The TV was quite small but it did have a DVD player under the stand that we forgot our DVD in. If you like the sound of the ocean and beautiful sunrise and sunsets with surfers, this is the place. Remember to bring some Febreeze or Lysol. We even had a strange dog smell by the TV that would come and go. On the bright side, you have a wooden deck with a Weber grill and a picnic table that you can use. As long as the beer was cold I was having a good time sitting on the deck enjoying the beach. |

| We had a bad experience during our stay. The property was clean it seemed, but not maintained. They were the smallest, trashiest places on the entire block and therefore found your website deceiving. Our neighbors were loud and obnoxious, and we were moved to another unit. The staff was great, but we would never stay at this location again. |

| The Property Manager should inform tenant the the adjacent property was under heavy construction for entire week ( heavy demolition starting at 7am daily). Additionaly, no sheets were provided for hide-a-bed, Internet did not work, and exterior sliding doors could not be opened by women or children. |

| Could not be any closer to the sand and sea! Enjoyed the sea view and sunsets from the comfort of our bungalow and on the wood deck. This particular BeachFrontOnly is very affordable, especially during the off seasons. Also, Oceanside is a springboard for many quality Southern California attractions. Perfect vacation spot! |

| My stay at this property was great. It was right on the beach. The back patio looked out at the beach and was a great place to relax at the end of the day and watch the sunset. From the morning walks down the beach to watching the surfers it was just what I needed. It was an old school beach walk up property. The bed was comfortable, new carpet and appliances. I hope to stay again soon. |

| It was very nice, being steps from the beach, but we didn't feel very safe. Screens were bent up, there were A LOT of people that would come sit outside of the "bungalow" to watch the ocean - not much privacy. Because we were worried about the frequent amount of people, we would lock up the windows when we left the property, and come home hours later to an uncomfortably HOT home that took quite a while to cool down. There were tiny fans in the bedrooms, but they didn't do much to cool the place down. Another thing - our socks were BLACK after wearing them in the house. VERY dirty carpets. We would never stay here again. I would have gladly spent more money to stay in a nicer place, but the picture on the website showed a very nice beach bungalow. |

| Your Place was wonderful,it had a few things missing but because of the location, who cares. The place was clean and very charming. The price was a bit high but well worth the location. The only negative thing was the mirror in the bathroom was not tall enough for my husband, he's 6'1 and it was made just for me, I'm 5'2 If we ever get back that way, I would gladly stay there again. Thanks! |

| My fiance was home on leave from Afghanistan and we were even able to make a last minute reservation and it was great. The kids loved living so close to the beach. We were close to a lot of attractions in San Diego and the price was very reasonable. |
