Vacation Rental Description
This home is the lower level of an oceanfront duplex, sitting on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Coastline. There is a large oceanfront patio, with a private spa, patio furniture, barbecue, and a private golf-tee! Practice your putting skills as you watch the surfers down below! The kitchen with granite counters opens up to the family room area, which has a fireplace. There is also a seperate living room area. There are two master bedrooms, one with access to the oceanfront patio, and the other lofted above the living room, with amazing views of the ocean. Beacon's beach access, a famous surf beach, is located directly next to this vacation rental.This home is located in the quaint beach town of Leucadia, Encinitas. It is a short walk to Coast Hwy where you will find homey boutiques, mouth watering Mexican food, local coffee houses, antique stores, a new and used record store, and so much more! Stroll down a little further on the weekends and stop by the Seaside Bazaar, North County's only flea market. At night, enjoy home cooking in your oceanfront rental, or check out one of the local neighborhood restaurants such as Calypso cafe, a small place serving up great food with local bands playing every night. Or maybe you would enjoy Bar Leucadian, a neighborhood bar that has been there since 1946, and has live music, pool tables, and no cover.This vacation rental is a home away from home. Each room has character and everything is professionally decorated. You will find everything you need right in the rental, from beach towels to linens, from spices to coffee grinders and garlic presses. | Great space for a large family reunion. The only things needing improvement were the parking (too tight and seperate parking spot at least a mile away from the house) and the dishwasher (did not clean.) |

| The service was great. The home was nice and clean. The location is perfect, specially the mini golf. We really enjoy it. Overall, I would recommend this vacation house to everyone. There is one thing that needs to be fixed is the refrigerator was not working properly (not cool enough). |

| This has been a great place for our family to gather once a year for many years now. We had switched to a newer Oceanside property for couple of year, but returned here because the beach is much nicer for the little ones in the family, and the waves less dangerous. The adult children and I have always liked the view from the balconies of the upper floors with immediate sense of beach smells and sounds when we step out from the living room. The other properties have their benefits, but for now the Neptune property is perfect for us. |

| Everything was great except for the fact that the ice machine of the refrigerator did not work, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well (we had to repeat the cycle more than once) and the bed sheets were not cotton. Other than that it was great. |

We take a family trip every year, there is 11 of us. This year we thought it to be fun to rent a beach house and just enjoy kicking back at the beach. The house was FABULOUS! It over exceeded our expectations, it had everything we needed minus our personal items. The beach was extremely nice and we had a absolute wonderful time.
We will be making a trip back as often as we can and renting through you BeachFront.
Your staff was also extremely wonderful, working with us and giving prompt response to our request.

| Loved our stay at 950 Neptune. The neighbors in upstairs unit were a bit noisy (you can hear 952 noise) but thankfully quieted down at night. Beyond that, no complaints. Great location, great view, great beach. We'll be back. Thank goodness there is parking with the unit. It can be pretty hairy with cars and people in the parking lot next door. |

| Our kids and grandkids stayed at the Neptune beachhouse for our daughter's graduation from college. The accomodations were great for our large family. The only problem was the fact that we could not enter the property until 4:00 p.m and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. on our day of departure. We were only there for 2 nights so it was a bit expensive, considering the actual hours we were able to enjoy it. I did ask the rental company (who asked the owners) for a 2 hour later check out and I offered to pay $50.00 per hour. They accepted, but I think 10:00 a.m. is way too early to expect people to have their family breakfast, pack up and be out of there. We were glad we could stay longer that morning, but I would not want to pay that much again and have so few hours actually able to enjoy the home. I think an earlier check in time (2:00 p.m.) and a check out time of 12:00 would be much more reasonable for future guests. It is a beautiful location with plenty of rooms and privacy for a large family. |

| We rented this house for a friend's 60th birthday party weekend getaway. Everyone had a fantastic time! The floor plan of the house was perfect. The weather was typical May gray but we still went for long walks on the beach and loved the view of the dolphins! We will definitely stay here again. |

A reunion of 5 couples requires a home with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths on a bluff overlooking the Pacific with a putting green. Right? If this is what you need look no further. Great location, furnshings, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, it was perfect.

| View of coastline is not as good as other places I have stayed and the beach is not as nice. It is much nicer a little further south. Property management indicated parking was limited and would be a problem and discouraged staying at this location. It was not an issue as people parked in front of the condo all the time. |

| If you are planning a family trip to San Diego, I would highly recommend this rental. Encinitas is a perfect place to stay becasue it is easily accessable to everything in San Diego along with having the feel of a small town to visit. Encinitas is a small town that is easy to walk to both shopping and resturants. On the days that we did not go to the San Diego Zoo or SeaWorld, we played in the ocean and on the beach. It was a wonderful vacation and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of fun and relaxation. |

| Fantastic location with breathtaking views. Sensational sunsets from your own garden, on a par with those in the Indian Ocean. Beach was deserted for most times apart from surfers in sea and my son loved learning to use a boogie board and cannot wait to return. could not even be tempted to leave the beach to visit Disneyland for the day. Whilst the immediate locality was very quiet it was only a 10 minute drive to fantastic restaurants. Overall the perfect holiday location with that feeling that you had been transported back in time to those fantastic beach holidays. |

I honestly thought I could not fall in love with 950 Neptune any more than I did the first year.... but I did along with the other Women who spent the week on our 2nd annual Yoga Retreat!
I enjoyed the look on their faces as I greeted each one at the door and showed them their room and our magnificent view of Beacons Beach!
No one had a complaint and My dream is to stay here for Year 3.
Beachfrontonly staff has always been kind and polite and immediately takes care of any requests... All the people in the office and maid service!
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!!!!

This was a family reunion. There
were suitable(almost equal)rooms for
all the adults, plenty of comfy places
for the kids. The 2 washers and
dryers were fantastic. With the ocean
and jacuzzi we ran them a lot.

patio overlooking the ocean, great
kitchen facilities for preparing big
family meals, close dinner delivery
venues. Easy access to great eats in
Leucadia. We had a fabulous time.

| the only thing that was a problem was no detailed disription of how to play the CD's we brought.The booklets were very helpful on other subjects reguarding the home and neighboring restaurants and bussinesses.Tipically though, we stayed around the house and beach as those were the features that drew us there! |
