Second bedroom has two twin beds. Second full bath with separate vanity area is adjacent to living and dining area. Also includes a comfortable queen-size murphy bed and double sofa sleeper in living area. Perfect for a quiet and relaxing trip away from home!With a slopeside location and our own private ski bridge for ski-in/ski-out access, your mountain getaway just couldn't get any better than this!

| We enjoyed the experience and found the resort as expected. The condo was clean, well furnished and maintained. The staff responded to our requests in an expeditious and satisfactory fashion. Iron Horse is conveniently located RE: the ski resort and towns of Winter Park and Fraser. The pool and hot tubs were as expected and well maintained. Towels were in short supply. The grounds were well maintained and resort setting was traditional Colorado, i.e. pine trees, mountain views, etc. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend Iron Horse to future travelers. |

OK by all rights I should give this review 5 stars HOWEVER one of my favorite things to do after a hard day on the mountain is to dip in the hot tub, then swing over and take a few laps in the pool, then hit the steam room and then a shower with their aromatique soaps. BUT NO. Last year AND this year the steam room was inoperable (broken). They have refurbished the whole 'health club' area but alas it was still under construction this year. To make matters worse, I asked the person who made my reservation specifically about the steam room (broken last year remember) and he said, no problem, it had been remodeled.
Maybe it will be fixed next year; I hope so 'cause I will be there again.
Seriously this is a fabulous ski-in/out lodge at an excellent value.
Oh and did I mention the new restaurant!! The chef used to be at Untamed but has seriously upgraded the menu and wine list at IH. The creme brulee is a massive serving & to die for.
I miss the continental breakfast ;<(
Staff are very considerate & helpful. Rooms a bit dated but clean & well-maintained.
Ski Depot on site is a very nice touch. Great albeit at times overwhelmed staff there as well.
I will definitely be back next year.

| It was a wonderful place...the view was amazing! It was just the right size for 4 people...the only think that we did not care for were the twin size beds in the other room...we would have enjoyed it more if it would have been another queen size bed. It is the perfect place to stay if some people in your party are skiing and others are not, because you can ski in and ski out without having to have someone come and pick you up from the base of the mountain! |

| Very convenient for a family ski vacation with ski in/ski out option. Friendly service/helpful front desk personnel. Condo rental due for thorough cleaning (rugs, bathrooms, etc) and updated appliances (broken dishwasher, leaking kitchen sink); daily maid service bare minimum cleaning. New restaurant facility limited in its casual fare offerings; prefer Jane Creek Grille (previous restaurant within Iron Horse facility). |
