This deluxe 2 bedroom condo is one of our finest Breckenridge lodging accomodations, located in town and just 150 yards from the base of Peak 9. This south-facing corner condo rental offers a great vantage point over the heart of downtown, and affords beautiful mountain and town views. This ideal location is also just 1/2 block from historic Main Street. You must check out the incredible views from the outdoor hot tub! Some of the many amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, beautiful furnishings and stainless steel kitchen appliances. The building offers an additional outdoor hot tub, exercise room, secured ski storage and an underground parking space.

Park Ave Lofts #301

This was our second stay at Park Ave Lofts. This time we were in a two bedroom condo #301. It was located on the corner with a private hot tub. Can't beat this completx, its directly across the street from Peak 9 Quicksilver Super 6, a VERY short walk to Main Steet and a short dirve to the grocery store. I would suggest this condo to anyone!! The room was clean and well supllied, all was in working order and all necessities were provided. Will definitely stay again on our next rip to Breck!! Thank you Great Western Lodging!!

The Perfect Winter Getaway

The condo was clean, cozy and offered a great view -- especially from the patio/hot tub that overlooked the mountain. We also liked the fact that the kitchen was completely equipped so that we didn't have to eat all of our meals out. The kitchen has everything one needs -- a crockpot, coffee maker, knives, an oven roaster, a toaster -- to prepare three healthy squares a day (and a grocery store less than a mile away has very fresh produce and meats) The location was amazing -- right across the street from the ski lift (a very, very short walk away). It was also a very short walk (1/2 block) to Mainstreet and all of the bars and restaurants downtown. Lastly , it was a short and pleasant drive to several other area ski lifts, i.e., Copper, Keystone, Aspen... My only two gripes are the mattresses were not as soft as I prefer and there was no daily housekeeping services. However, the staff more than made up for that as they were extremely friendly and accomodating in every way possible. I highly recommend your stay at the Park Avenue Lofts. More...

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

Great place and great location

The location is outstanding, very close to the lift and shopping. The draw back to the great location was the noise at night due to the snow plow trucks clearing the public parking lot.

The unit was very clean. The living room is slightly small and could use newer furniture. Otherwise, the unit was well furnished.

The view from the deck and hot tub is outstanding!

GREAT EXPERIENCE

WE LOVED OUR EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. NEVER BOTHERED, RELAXING W/ A GREAT VIEW. ALSO THERES EVERYTHING AROUND SO A GREAT LOCATION. I RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. I WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN
