This eighth floor two bedroom unit boasts the popular new "Urban Beach" look, with a light teal ultrasuede sofa, complementary striped chairs, plus black pedestal dining room table and entertainment armoire. The master bedroom with platform king bed is very upscale, while the guest bedroom features a white and summer blue decor. The office/study also serves as a third bedroom, with bunk beds and storage underneath, and the living room has a sleeper sofa, to sleep 8 total. You'll find TV/DVDs in each bedroom, study and living room, or watch the moonlight from your private balcony (accessible from both the living room and master bedroom). Fully equipped kitchen and full sized laundry round out amenities. High speed internet. Monthly rentals available October - February at $1600/month plus tax.

The property is in a great location along the beach . It's a short walk to shops , conveniece stores , restaurants ... Gulf Shores state park golf course & Crafts Farms golf courses are close by. The bldg is attractive & the vacation units are clean & easy to access . Parking is great ... covered parking eliminates over night water condensation . The kitchen is convenient and reasonablity well equiped except for the absence of frying pans .
The lay out of the unit and the views of the beach and Gulf are very nice . The availability of two bedrooms & bathrooms along with the small bedroom with bunk beds add significantly to the convenience of entertaining over night guests . One improvement you might consider is to eliminate the over size furntiture in the dining room and master bedroom . The chairs are a little big for the dining room . There would be a little more room in the master bedroom if the king size bed was replaced with a queen size bed .
The gym facilities are a very nice touch .
The staff is pleasant , helpful , efficient and very accommodating .
We are looking forward to another pleasnt experience in March 2009 |

Fantastic location and views from every room. I will be coming back for years to come. September is a great month to enjoy the beach and everything Gulf Shores has to offer. There wasn't maid service, but having a washer/dryer took care of that issue.
