Vacation Rental Description
This delightful cottage is perched over the Damariscotta River, named after the Indian tribe that harvested oysters nearby. A canopied deck provides a shady spot from which to enjoy the area boat traffic and river views. A walk across the bridge brings you into Damariscotta with its wonderful shops and restaurants. This cottage provides easy access to Route 1 to explore up and down the coast. Kayak from your own private dock and float. The Damariscotta River flows into the ocean about ten miles downstream. Water views from each room. This cottage has been furnished with comfort in mind. Small beach just to the side of the dock and float. Not suitable for small children.
