| We loved the view, it was spectaular! The condo itself was well decorated and plenty of room to eat. I used the gym facility during our stay. The gym was great and once again spectacular view while running, EVEN SWEAT TOWELS PROVIDED! Their beach and pool area was serene and very relaxing. There were a couple things we didn't like. In other VRBO condos we have stayed in they provide beach towels, and minimum condiments salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee, dishwash detergent. Nothing was provided, one dishwash pellet! At minimum beach towels should have been there. I would stay again but would plan better knowing NOTHING is supplied. We ate at Dusty's a local hangout they had great food. This is not a fine restaurant just good food! |

| A group of us stayed at this location for a guys fishing trip. Six adults stayed in this room very comfortably. There is not one thing about this condo that is not top notch. There was not one corner cut to get out the best room in Panama City. I have stayed in some of the nicest condos on the beach. None compare to this unit. I would and will recommend this unit to anyone and everyone that i know. We are already planning another trip in October. Thank you for making our trip something to remember. |

We have been going to Panama City Beach since I was a small child and this is the nicest and the best place that we have stayed yet. The room is exactly as the pictures look. There was only one downfall and that was small but the hall shower was stopped up. OTHER THAN THAT THE STAY WAS PERFECT!

| Beautiful, spacious condo with a great view. Beds were comfie, more than enough space for our family. Had a problem with the washer leaking and the one tub not draining, but the maintenance folks were responsive and working on the issues when we left. Only 2 elevators for a large building caused delays and some frustration in trying to get to the rooms (we were with a group of 45 staying in different condos on different floors.) The hotel staff by the pool was sometimes a little rude - not opening pool til 10:00 isn't the best choice in a Florida property. Overall though, the unit itself was quite nice. |

We stayed for four months....Dec. of 08 and then January, Feb. and March of 09.
We loved our condo and the view was just wonderful but to be honest Southern Resorts did not live up to what we have usually enjoyed in Florida.
We asked for some small things to be done..ex. was all the fixtures in the bathroom were loose. The gentleman came to fix it and said..I need a different tool, I will be right back. We never saw him again and any inquiries were not answered. When we left we were told that the receptionist was no longer there. I don't know if that was the problem but that should have been handled in a timely manner. |
