Remember to provide the driveway gate security code to renters. We sat outside the complex for 30 minutes waiting for someone to leave (or arrive) that had access. We arrived at 8pm on a Sunday. No one at your office to call. We eventually found the gate code in a guest book inside the unit (the code changed every other month (i think)).

We have stayed in this unit before (and others in this complex), so we (and other family members) like the area and the units available through your company.

The condo was just lovely. The view from the balcony was breath taking. Everyone at the complex was so friendly. The best part was the condo is located on a quiet street and not on the busy highway. We plan to return next summer and hope to get #503.

Everything about condo 503 was what we wanted. it was beautifully appointed, it had all of the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. The Crystal Dunes is the most beautiful view of Destin. My family and I had a wonderful time and will ask for this condo again on a recurring visit.

This was our 6th visit to the Destin area and our first time to stay at Crystal Dunes. The place was impecable! The sidewalks were professionally cleaned daily, beach set-ups were reserved for you by the staff (no waking up early and running down to make sure you got a good spot like at other condo's we've stayed), security was efficient and helpful, and our unit was immaculate! #503 was as nicely furnished as our own homes. No light blue walls and sailboat themes here folks! Hardwood floors, and modern decor throughout! The beach is beautiful and not too crowded but you do have to watch for public beach patrons who may set up shop right in front of your provided beach service chairs (security had warned us about this and it was never a problem for us). Apparently the 20 feet from the water to the beach is considered public beach! Never heard of this! We had a great time, and will definitely consider staying at this property again and in this exact same unit! More...

This condo is very nice. Plenty big with 3 bedrooms. The pool was a
liitle cold. I thought it was supposed to be heated, but it didn't feel that
way. Some of the staff at SR were a little rude, but I have never had
any trouble with them in the past. For some reason this property still
does not have keyless entry.... Need to update.
All in all, though, this is a nice place to stay. Right on the beach, not
a high-rise and on the old road. More...
