We just got back from our stay at 1427 Emerald Beach. The condo looked just like the pics. Sunny yellow family room and kitchen, great bunk beds with tvs for the kids, a warm and welcoming bedroom and nice bathrooms. We loved the balcony and ate nearly every meal out there. The views are awesome. Emerald Beach is a little confusing to maneuver, but it's worth the trouble. The three pools (soon to be four) are all nice. Access to the beach is easy. We moved from beach side to children's pool side often, taking advantage of the cruise ship feel of the children's pool side with it's adult pool, kids pool with buckets water feature, waterfall feature and side fountains, and hot tub. Loved the starbucks in the lobby too.
Enjoyed not checking in or out with our condo having a key pad entry. Southern Resorts was very easy to work with on the rental. We plan on returning next year. The only minor details that I would even mention would be 1) the tile floors were dirty,not visibly, but after walking around for a bit, your feet would be dirty. and 2) the kitchen needs a potholder. Like I said, both things very, very minor. the condo is within 5 miles of a Walmart, Winn Dixie, and Pier Park. Loved our stay. This condo is a great find. |

| This unit was extremely clean and well kept. Everything was as advertised. There appeared to be exceptional sound deadening overhead. We never heard any walking noise from the unit above. The beach service was excellent. The pools were clean, but having to cross the street for the kiddie pool was quite a trek. Having to change elevators to access the parking garage was not convenient, but we did not take full advantage of the kitchen and ate out often. We would probably spring for a two bedroom unit if our grown daughter goes with us again. The bunk beds did not afford much privacy. |

| I would like to say everything looked like the photo's on line. I was so relieved because my last experience of booking a room on line was horrible. I would like to add for your information, you might want to go behind your cleaning crew because the stove top had spilled food from a previous guest on it and the floor was so dirty that withing minutes after giving my daughter a bath her feet were black from walking around on the floor, but other than those few very minor things I have no complaints because everything was wonderful and it was a great getaway and we will be back. | We stayed at Emerald Beach #1427 and it was such a beautiful unit and place. We enjoyed it more than I could ever say. The flat screen T.V.s at the foot of each bunk ROCKED!! Our big king sized bed was extra comfy and the view was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better place! We will definitely be referring this unit and coming back for more! |

| We spent 5 nights at the wonderful Emerald Beach Resort condo #1427. The condo was decorated very pretty. Furniture was very comfortable and kid friendly. LOVED the bunkbed tvs with the DVD players!! This resort is huge with a lot of walking. Great exercise!! :) Would stay there again. |

| This was the first time we rented a condo for an extended stay (60 days) and it may be difficult to ever rent a motel or hotel ever again. My wife wanted to wrap it up and take it home to our lake home in Michigan. All the furnishings and apointments were wonderful. I would have liked wi-fi so I could take my laptop onto the balcony. Also, if I owned the unit, I would have insulation blown into the cieling area to lower the toilet flushing and stampeeding foot noise from above. It was nice to have the front door in the covered area next to the elevators. Again, if I owned the unit I would have pocket lights installed above the breakfast bar. We certainly would rent this unit if we ever return to the Florida panhandle. |

| This condo is beautiful. Great view from the balcony. Very comfortable and a good place for kids. My son loved the wall mounted flat screen TV's that were in each bunk bed. I would definitely stay here again! |
