The Best Vacation House for multiple families
The house was perfect. Everything was wonderful from the ice maker in the kitchen to the outside shower.
The king beds were so great for having three families.
The outside deck with the cooking area meant that you could actually enjoy cooking.
Short walk to the pool and the beach.
I would love to come and stay again!

Very, Very Satisfied and Happy!!!
We were in Sandestin for the Mississippi Bar Convention, so we rented Cobia Escape for a week. We were 8 adults and a bunch of kids. Cobia Escape was wonderful! Everyone had a great time in this roomy, modern, clean condo. Easy and close access to incredible pool and the beach. Wonderful neighborhood with lots of bicycles. Great kitchen. Only three minor comments: 1. Wish it had one more bath; 2. the gormet grill outside on the porch had collected come grease which caught on fire when we cooked burgers (No big deal), and 3. it is 20 minutes to Sandestin (but only 10 minutes to Panama City Beach). The distance from Sandestin is easily offset by the lack of traffic and congestion at Cobia Run. We rate this facility a 98 out of 100, and we are going back next year. More...

Awesome house
We love the layout of the house and convenience of pool, beach and shopping. Our only complaint was that the floors weren't clean when we checked in - Not a really big deal, as we swept and mopped - Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer worked well. Would like to see kitchen a little better stocked -small mixer, etc. This was our second visit to this house and we'll definitely be back. More...

Cobia escape
Spacious house, great kitchen, loved the ice maker, and nice outdoor kitchen
as well. One block from 30-A in Seacrest community with a short walk to the
beach (shuttle also available, nice to be able to call ahead!!!) Easy to get on to
Hwy 98 for restaurants and grocery shopping....great place, good service from
Southern Resorts........
