| The service was good and our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo was very nice and clean. The layout was perfect. All of the rooms were roomy and the amenities were nice and in good working condition. The location is in a great spot. (Close to Pier Park and other attactions.) I liked having the parking garage attached. A lot of the other condo location had detached parking where you had to park across the street. I enjoyed my experience with the Palazzo and would stay there again. The only thing I did not like was that I wish Southern Rentals had offered their clients free beach chair & umbrella passes for their stay. We were told that if you booked direct w/the Palazzo we would have been given one. |

Three couples stayed here the end of May. EVERYTHING was perfect. The unit is LARGE and every couple had their own private bathroom. We enjoy many evenings at the dining table watching the sunset. The location was perfect - right on the beach. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this unit as a great place to stay.

| We stay 2 night very comfortable.Very nice,clean and new Condo. Parking lot and beach close easy to access.Customer service so nice.We will travel for next year. Highly recommended. thanksssss |

| We have stayed in several resorts (mostly Wyndham and Fairfield) this is by far the best resort we have stayed in. The location is great, the room was perfect. We would definitely go back! I highly recommend this resort property. |

The condo itself was beautiful with wrap around balconies with views of the beautiful prestine beach and ocean. There were lots of good eating places and places to shop.
