A group of 4 of us stayed at the Palazzo and it was difficult for us to go back home. The condo was beautifully decorated and the price was outstanding! We had a corner unit that allowed us to see the ocean from all angles. We loved the unit so much we checked into owning one ourself. All of the people that we encountered at the property were nice and all of the staff at Southern Resorts were wonderful. The location was a short distance west of the main strip which provided a little peace & quiet. I would definitely come back again and would want the same exact condo. Thanks for providing us with a wonderful vacation.



We were looking for a great place on the beach to get away for a week after the crowds left. WOW! The condo was more than we could ever have imagined for the price we weren't sure what we were getting but upon arrival we were amazed at the value for the price. We will stay here again, it was absolutely gorgeous. The amenities and location were also great.

Our three bedroom and three bathroom was beautiful. The two master bedrooms with a view of the Gulf provided a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The building was very clean and we felt safe entering and leaving the building at night. The location of the Palazzo is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had a great vacation!! More...

We all enjoyed a fabulous vacation. The weather, fishing, and water conditions were unbelievable. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The condo came very well equipped and views are stunning. Are only flaw was the rental of beach chairs from Aquatic Rentals. Our chairs were never set up with cushion and umbrella, consequently we would sit on chairs that were rented to other people and had to keep moving when their renters arrived. Several other people renting chairs shared the same difficulty. I would recommend that if your rental does not include beach chairs I would bring my own umbrella and chair from home. More...

The condo was extremely nice and spacious. Since I'm a breakfast person - could you a few more skillets to cook with other than that would highly recommend this to anyone. Great!!!!

This was our second year in a row at this location. The condo is
wonderful. The staff at the condo on the other hand was not so nice.
They were rude to us on several occasions. Also the condo hadn't
been cleaned when we arrived. We did arrive a little early but had
called ahead to inform the group but they never mentioned that the
condo wasn't cleaned yet. That wasn't the experience we had they
before. That was the only disappointing thing of our trip. Aside from
the 50 degree weather on Tuesday.
