A group of 4 of us stayed at the Palazzo and it was difficult for us to go back home. The condo was beautifully decorated and the price was outstanding! We had a corner unit that allowed us to see the ocean from all angles. We loved the unit so much we checked into owning one ourself. All of the people that we encountered at the property were nice and all of the staff at Southern Resorts were wonderful. The location was a short distance west of the main strip which provided a little peace & quiet. I would definitely come back again and would want the same exact condo. Thanks for providing us with a wonderful vacation.
We were looking for a great place on the beach to get away for a week after the crowds left. WOW! The condo was more than we could ever have imagined for the price we weren't sure what we were getting but upon arrival we were amazed at the value for the price. We will stay here again, it was absolutely gorgeous. The amenities and location were also great.

| Our three bedroom and three bathroom was beautiful. The two master bedrooms with a view of the Gulf provided a beautiful sunrise and sunset. The building was very clean and we felt safe entering and leaving the building at night. The location of the Palazzo is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had a great vacation!! |

| We all enjoyed a fabulous vacation. The weather, fishing, and water conditions were unbelievable. All the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The condo came very well equipped and views are stunning. Are only flaw was the rental of beach chairs from Aquatic Rentals. Our chairs were never set up with cushion and umbrella, consequently we would sit on chairs that were rented to other people and had to keep moving when their renters arrived. Several other people renting chairs shared the same difficulty. I would recommend that if your rental does not include beach chairs I would bring my own umbrella and chair from home. |

| The condo was extremely nice and spacious. Since I'm a breakfast person - could you a few more skillets to cook with other than that would highly recommend this to anyone. Great!!!! |

This was our second year in a row at this location. The condo is
wonderful. The staff at the condo on the other hand was not so nice.
They were rude to us on several occasions. Also the condo hadn't
been cleaned when we arrived. We did arrive a little early but had
called ahead to inform the group but they never mentioned that the
condo wasn't cleaned yet. That wasn't the experience we had they
before. That was the only disappointing thing of our trip. Aside from
the 50 degree weather on Tuesday. |

| Great for 6 adults , we each had our own rooms, but next I'll take the kids and it will work for them too. LOVED the views and the area amust is Dusty's bar &grill , Boar head ,LA concepts for hair, and the BEACH need I say more. we did our vow renewal right in front of the resort on the beach. Susan for panama city beach weddings had everything ready it was WONDERFUL. see yall soon Mr&Mrs Swartz again |

This was one of the nicest places that we have ever stayed at. Plenty of luxurious living space. We had 6 adults and 3 children. The decks are located around the unit so that you can always be on a shady side if needed. The elevators all worked great. Panama City is a really neat place to visit with lots of unique resteraunts and shopping. We highly recommend the Palazz.o especially the 3 bedroom unit

The condo was very nice with the exception of a few needed improvements.
There are very few condos in this price range with this kind of oceanfront view. The condo was well decorated and had some nice amenities.
We did have a few problems during our stay. First we were not able to get our room key to work. We were not told that the card had to be activated at the front desk. It took us 30 minutes to finally gain access.
Second, we had ants in the condo. We talked with maintenance and they said they would take care of it. They never showed, but the ants seemed to go away.
The final issue is more an improvement than a problem. The condo was less than a year old,yet the carpet looked worn and as if it could use replacing.
Overall, we enjoyed the stay and will probably return. |

| This condo rental was the rental of a lifetime. There were 3 couples that stayed in the condo and all were overwelmed with the beauty of the room and the view! I would highly recommend staying at this condo to anyone that asked. It was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We will do our best to reseve this room every year when we visit Panama City. |

| When we stayed there it had never been rented and everything was new. The views of the ocean is incredible. This property has a flat screen tv in every room, great appliances. I would stay again. |
