| We had a great time at Sunny Beaches. We made a (small) family reunion out of our summer vacation and the Sunny Beaches home was perfect! It was my husband and I with two of our children, my mother-in-law and two one nephew, PLUS my dad, sister and brother-in-law from Texas! We met at Sunny Beaches and spent a great week together. The home was perfect...the kitchen is large enough to make big dinners and all the appliances/utensils we needed were provided. We all really enjoyed it and will definitely go back. I will recomment this home for large families! |

| The house that we stayed at was beautiful and had so much extra room. We were only a few feet away from some of the most gorgeous beaches on the planet. The atmosphere around was really calming but a lot of fun. It was the best vacation place and we hope to go again soon! |

| This house was perfect for us and another family. It had 4 large bedrooms and a loft area that you could convert to a sleeping area. It was laid out well and was nicely furnished. Upon arrival, the rental company responded to all of our requests in a timely manner and were very friendly. The house is located across the street from the beach. You can see the beach from the house and the view is pretty much unobstructed. The beach access walkover is so easy to get to and right across the street. The home is close to a nice grocery store. The only negative comment I have is in regards to the pool. Which may seem very insignificant to some people. There is only room for a small group. It has a 1-2 family max and you are right on top of each other. It is a really tiny pool. I am surprised they have such a small pool for that many homes. Which can be a disappointment if you are beach logged and just want to relax by the pool. Other than that, it was a beautiful home in a fantastic location. The other house guests in the neighborhood were friendly and very respectful. The owners of the home were very nice to work with. We would recommend this home to our friends and family. |
