My family rented this condo with another family so there were 8 of us total (4 adults, 4 kids). The condo was very spacious with a great porch that looked over one of the two pools to the beach. Walking to the beach was easy and there were several vendors to rent chairs and umbrella's from. My husband got great recommendations from the onsite personnel and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. I will also say that the keyless entry system eliminated any need to carry keys. It was fantastic.
The location and cleanliness of the condo were what we liked best. There were several grocery stores nearby as well as a new facility called Pier Park that was packed with shops, restaurants and even carnival-like things to do with the kids.
Probably the only negative thing we encountered were the gas grills. Out of the 4 on site I think only 1 worked and that one only worked partially. All of the tables in the condo were also glass topped - this would only be an issue if you had toddlers which we did. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back to Sunrise Beach.

Our accomodations were very nice and it was my granddaughters' first visit to the beach. They had a blast as well as the "big" kids. We were close to the new Pier Park shopping which all of the girls enjoyed. We couldn't have asked for a better trip!!

The price was very affordable. The size of condo was perfect, very clean and nicely decorated. I loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying my morning coffee while looking out at the ocean and listing to the tide. The access to the beach made it perfect for sunbathing and nighttime strolls. The water was blue and the sand was clean and white. We played putt-putt, rode go-carts, had a great seafood meal at Dirty Dicks. Make sure you eat at Five Guys hamburger shop while strolling through all the shops at Pier Park. Went on a 2 hour tour on ?Wild Thang? Airboat and saw alligators and dolphins. Being our first time ever away for any length of time we were pleasantly suprised. The building was well kept and people where very friendly. The work out room was great for me to be able to see the pool and ocean while exercising. The condo and its surroundings were just the kind of thing we were looking for. Our visiting vacationers enjoyed it as much as we did. Southern Resorts were excellent to deal with upon any concerns we had. There was lots for us to see and do and will not hesitate to return again. More...
