| Everything was clean and convenient! And the price was great! We plan to make this a yearly tradition!! It was really close to everything..shopping, restaurants, and right on the water. The thing I liked the least was I didn't get to stay longer!! Highly recommended!!! |

| My family and I stayed at the Tidewater while in Florida for my wedding at St. Andrew's State Park. After our parents left town we also stayed for our honeymoon. The tidewater was perfect. It is walking distance to a lot of great attractions and is very peaceful. The roomes are spacious and beautiful. Felt like we were at home. We will definitely be back!! |

| The room was fairly clean. Just little things that were unsatisfactory but not enough to hender the stay. The condo felt rather homey. The facility grounds were very clean and enjoyable. For the size of the complex it didn't have enough elevators but that is what vacations are for, you shouldn't be in a hurry for anything! |

| We had a nice time during our stay at Tidewater. The room was well equiped and well laid out. Having the bunk beds with their own bath was really nice. It was well located. We enjoyed being near Pier Park and so many other nice businesses. There were a few problems, however. There was a pipe in the hall way that had raw sewage smells coming out of it. We tried covering it. The day after we called about the problem, maintenance came and did something to help it. The elevator system is not efficient. They need many more elevators to serve the 30+ floors. Wait time can be excessive. |

| We filled the condo with two families to it's maximum capacity, however, we did not feel crowded or cramped! The condo was decorted nicely, very clean and we had a wonderful view to the beach! Great kitchen and amenities. The only thing I would have liked is quicker elevators. We were there at a crowded time of the year so we did not expect to not have to wait a little. I would recommend this condo and stay there again! |

| This was our first time to stay on the West end of Panama City and the First to stay at the Tidewater. I would recommend the Tidewater. It is a very nice place and clean beach,nice pools and work out area, and located very close to Pier Park which my wife likes to shop at, and Margaritaville which I like to eat at. The rates were very reasonable also. Southern Resorts were very good and very nice to work with. Thanks |

Great Condo - Lousy Weather |

The condo was great...clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. The "spring break" crowd was mainly families so it was overall pretty quiet and well-behaved. There was visible and friendly security on the grounds. I found them to be very helpful on several occasions to ask questions about the grounds or about local restaurants. The location was good in that it was less than a mile to the new outdoor mall.
The only negatives were as follows: The two outdoor pools as they were not heated and were unusable due to the cool weather and frigid water temps. The rental company didn't provide us our parking pass or pool tags until halfway through our stay but it didn't cause any problems. I believe the description of the condo stated there were 3 DVD players but there was only 1...again no big deal. Also, the young girl who staffed the desk in the lobby was rather grumpy. |

| We had a wonderful stay at Tidewater Beach Resort. The condo was beautiful and the scenery was breathtaking. I have recommended Tidewater to several of our friends. The staff Southern Rentals were very friendly each time we called. They answered all of our questions with a smile. We hope to stay here again in 2009. |
