Unit 307
The property as a whole was well kept, but the pool is very small and the dunes obstruct the view of the gulf from the pool area. Our individual unit needed some maintenance...mold above the shower, dryer making weird noises, balcony needed serious cleaning, etc...things that could easily be fixed to make it a much better place to stay. Location is great! I would recommend the Gulf Dunes to a friend, but probably not that particular unit.

iron leaks, bottom sheets were on bunk bed already, not clean, only top sheet & pillow cases supplied folded. cute place, will stay again. loved the free beach chairs.

Wonderful vacation!
We stayed in Gulf Dunes 307. It was a wonderfully decorated and clean condo. The balcony was great. We will stay there again!

Beatiful View
We had a great time while we were there. Very close to a lot of great things to do and shopping. We were so happy with the covered parking too. The management was very nice and helpful. We had a broken door knob in the bathroom and it took several days for it to be fixed but it was largely our fault, we didn't want anyone coming in the unit while we were out. It wasn't a big deal and didn't bother us that much. We will be back in the future.
