Vacation Rental Description
This quintessential adobe with a walled yard and gardens has been lovingly remodeled leaving the charm of years past while adding the modern conveniences we have come to expect. The fireplace is gas heated. The thick adobe walls, painted wood trim and original built-in storage remind one of the years gone by. The floor plan flows in an easy manner and all the rooms are bright and sunny. The walls have been painted in a contrasting color that adds to the tranquility. Lovely linens and textures are everywhere and the home has a feel of comfort and style. The glass front cabinet doors in the kitchen display china, glassware and cookware galore. The two bedrooms are situated to the rear of the home. Both have quality plush linens and are well appointed. All this and only steps away from the luxurious La Posada Spa Resort. A truly lovely home for your stay. High speed wireless internet.

| This house is in a great location. But it was not properly prepared for our visit. Light bulbs were burned out; some were only 40-60 watts & one couldn't read in the living room. The swamp cooler was not working properly; the wireless network was not working at all. Windows could not be opened until the handyman came & unstuck them (they had been painted shut). Network was fixed within a day; swamp cooler was never fixed in spite of the handyman's work on it. TV was nearly impossible to figure out --- very complicated set of instructions. Policy of having too few towels should be changed; when we requested more, we were told we would be charged --- not a good policy. |

We just had a very relaxing week in Santa Fe. The location was great, walking distance to everything. We had a few problems that were taken care of by the management company to our satisfaction.
We are trying to plan our next trip to Santa Fe and can't wait to see if we can get the same place. |
