This home fit our needs and was well equipped except for a few small items which I described on the paperwork that I returned with the keys. The location is great and fun for families. We'll be returning to this area and hopefully this house in the future years. The only unfortunate incident was that all of our trash was not being picked up and there were two bins full when we arrived and they were still there when we left. The home is beautiful and not too stuffy as in Cape Shores. The location is perfect and quiet.

This older home is all new on the inside! It has beautiful tile floors, and completely renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It is comfortably furnished, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils and dishware. The deck and backyard are great for families and young children when it is not beach time. But the beach is a quick, half-block walk away! The outdoor shower is large and private, and the best way to keep the sand outside.
The only "upgrade" I could possibly recommend is larger dining tables in the kitchen and on the deck. For a house that sleeps ten so easily, the tables do not seat ten. More...

House was great. Only wish there was a place to hang towels to dry. Access to beach was extremely convenient. Outdoor shower was of great value. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
