Very spacious and fun unit located on top of the Evergreen Lodge. Contemporary decor in blue and silver. 10 minute walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead, or hop on the in-town shuttle. Guests have full use of hotel amenities such as pool, Hot Tub, 2 Saunas, and restaurant.

Great location & space; needs work

Great location--walking distance to Lionshead and Village. Good space. Unit needs refurbishing. Furniture/decor circa 1980. Needs painting and other replastering.

Lots of room

We stayed for 4 nights with 3 days of great skiing. The location is very easy to get to with no check in or out hastles. You can walk to the Lion's Head gondola,(even in ski boots)or take the shuttle which we happened to catch twice without even planning for it!

The condo has a lot of space, with a full kitchen. The modern decor is a bit dated and out of place for a mountain resort, but it's clean and everything worked well. We would stay there again. More...

Larry from Three's Company dream Condo!

I found this condo through Vail's central reservation booking. It was great! Super roomy and comfortable and easy access to both sides of Vail. The decor was swanky! Chrome wall paper and an uber 60/70's modern vibe. The only thing missing was shag carpeting which i imagine is a good thing as ski boots might get tangled. We were a group of 4, but you could get 6 in there quite comfortably. Highly recommended! More...

ANNNUAL VAIL VISITORS

THIS IS THE SECOND YEAR MY GROUP HAS RENTED UNIT 602 AT THE EVERGREEN LODGE. THE UNIT IS VERY SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE AND WE ALL WERE PLEASED WITH THE LOCATION AND THE HOTEL AMMENITIES. THE CONDO KITCHEN IS VERY WELL STOCKED WHICH MADE PREPERATION OF MEALS VERY QUICK AND EASY.

HOWEVER, ONE SUGGESSTION WE WOULD MAKE IS THAT A SECOND BUREAU OR CHEST OF DRAWERS BE ADDED TO THE SECOND BEDROOM. THERE IS NOW NOT ENOUGH DRAWER SPACE FOR TWO PEOPLE SHARING THIS ROOM. More...

Very Nice Condo

We stayed over the Father's day weekend and had a great time. The Condo is centrally located and close to Vail Village. I was sent the combination to the door so it was very easy for us to get in with no checkin wait. The condo has a very 70's feel with lots of glass and shiny wall paper. There is plenty of room and I can't complain about nothing being broken or not working properly. The Condo feels roomy with a high ceiling in the living room. It is a two story condo. The unit does face I-70 and the parking lot so there isn't much of a view.

The Lodge is pretty nice, with a pool and large indoor hot tub. The bar seemed to be closed all weekend which wasn't bad but would have been nice for a drink and appetizer after coming back to the condo in the evenings.

Overall, I would recommend this unit to anyone needing space for 4 people.
