Charming 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath condo located across the highway and about 1.5 miles west of Vail Village. The unit features a wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceiling, balcony, stereo/CD/tape player, 4 TVs, 4 VCRs, 3 DVD players, custom-tiled master bath, underground parking, and a pool in the summer. The free Town of Vail bus stops right outside the complex.
Master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom a queen, and the loft has twin trundle beds. The living room has a sofa-sleeper. TWO BATHROOMS.

We just came back of a ski week in Vail. We stayed at Snowfox (302) and we really liked the place. Affordable (for Vail) and very comfortable. After a day of skiing, it's good to come back in a place so comfortable.
Even with the cost of parking (we took a rental car instead of using the shuttle..), the total price of our stay was very good for Vail accomodation. We would go back anytime ! (and since our return...I heard that Vail received close to 50 cm of snow...).

Overall a great place. We were a family with 3 kids. It's a bit of a trek to the mountain, but worth it. The only odd thing was that the master bedroom didn't have its own bathroom. The smaller bedroom did.

We have stayed in Snowfox 302 for quite a few years in both winter
and summer. While not located down in the village it is convenient
to groceries and most anything you will need. It is located across
the highway from Lionshead. There is a bus stop very very close
which makes for an easy trip to the slopes, much faster than driving.
It is a short bike ride in the summer using the pedestrian bridge. Of
course you can drive to the village in a few short minutes. We have
always found 302 to be warm and cozy, with some nice touches by
the owners, offering a nice view of the mountain. The 3rd floor is
nice for the view and certainly no sound issues. The stairs are a
good workout, but there is an elevator located not too far from the
designated underground parking spot. The spiral staircase to the
loft is a bit awkwardly located but not a problem, just watch your
head. Really liked having a W/D in the unit to take care of laundry
needs. |

| We stayed in this charming condo for half a week in June. The weather was delightful. It was convenient to drive back and forth to Vail Village and other destinations. The condo is nicely decorated and well equipped. Our teen daughter loved the loft arrangement! |
