Vail Management was immediately responsive to any questions or problems that arose. We found the condo to be like a second home and enjoyed everything about it from the non slip surface in the tubs to the excellent toaster; however we did replace the can opener to spare our aching wrists.
The location was great with georgeous views of Vail Mountain,though coming from Houston, it took several days of adjusting to altitude to walk back to the condo from Lionshead without serious puffing to cross the walkway-overpass which is uphill homebound. One complaint: the hifi can't get anyting on FM. It needs an antenna.

The condo is accurately advertised. It is very nice and very comfortable. I found the interior of the unit to be well maintained and clean. The unit offers a nice view of the mountain as well. The kitchen was well provisioned with the essential cooking supplies for those that want to eat at home.
There are several restaurants within a reasonable walking distance of the condo.
The 10-12 minute walk to the Eagle Bahn gondola is acceptable for an energtic person as long as ski equipment is stored at a rental shop or a storage facilitity closer to the lift. This would be a long daily walk in ski boots while carrying equipment. |
