Very nicely located just a short block off the top of Bridge St. in Vail Village. Short walk to the lifts.
Walk to the Vista Bahn is about 6-7 blocks I suppose, though Vail Village "blocks" aren't like normal city blocks, they are much shorter. Suffice it to say it is a perfectly short and easy walk back and forth, though just a bit too long for walking in ski-boots. No worries, as a group of up to 6-7 can store their sneakers/shoes for $10 (so less than $2 a person) at Vail Sports right at the lift.
Condo itself is modestly but tastefully furnished, very clean and nice. Restaurants, shops, bars ... pretty much everything in very close walking distance.
Can't go wrong for the price. If you're looking for luxury, go elsewhere, but if you're looking for clean, tasteful and well-kept at a modest budget, this is your place.
(Oh, there is a bit of a pizza smell to the whole building as it is right above Pazzo's Pizza. No real bother though, but worth mentioning). |
