No dishwasher, extremely small stairs to climb upstairs but nice location.

Two girlfriends and I stayed here for a weekend getaway trip. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient location as we were right in the Vail Village and a 5-minute walk to the chairlift. The property manager left us the key in a keybox, which was incredibly helpful given our 10 p.m. arrival time.

Things to keep in mind if you use this property:
- If you're keeping a car parked here overnight, parking is $25/day.
- There are NO clear signs directing you to the property. The condos are located above a pizza joint (Pazzo's?) and can be accessed by an unmarked staircase next to the pizza parlor entrance. There isn't really a marked load/unload area, either, so either schlep all of your stuff from the parking garage at the Vail Transportation Center (which is kiddie-corner across the street) or ask the nearby Alpenhaus if you can borrow one of their parking spots.
- The loft sleeping quarters (a double bed and a rollout sleeper mattress) are accessed via a VERY NARROW metal staircase. I surmised that there used to be a ladder in the staircase's place; maybe an injury or a lawsuit caused the ladder's removal. At any rate, very tall or very large people will have a difficult time getting to the loft, and they might be better off sleeping on the couch in the main area.
- If you have more than one key, check them all upon arrival. One of our keys didn't work!! More...
