Too rusty... |

The room was overall too crowded.
It was a basically small condo and we had known it beforehand. However, the condo was too crowded with
too many stuffs in all the area.
The living room was too small for a big sofa and even more chairs. We didn't have enough space to walk around..
The leather sofa in the livingroom was ragged.
The drawers of the kichen were so full-up with too many stuff that we couldn't find any space to put our things in. Most of the stuffs in the kichen were all too old to use..And blankets were torn out and carpet looked so rusty. It should be replaced. I believe most of the stuffs in the condo should be thrown away.

| Room was not very clean. Heat control did not work. Cabinet doors falling off. Location very very conveniently close to lifts and shops. |

| The location of this condo is perfect, close to town and right on the creek. It was clean, updated and fully equiped. My daughter and I enjoyed the week very much. |

My husband and I stayed at this property last January. It was a nice place, but not fancy. It could use some updating, but it had everything we needed. Plus, it was very quiet, which was very important to us. It was a short walk to the slopes and to restaurants. It was perfect for 2 people, who wanted to get away, but didn't want to pay a ridiculous amount for lodging.
We would definitely stay there again! |

I have rented this property a few times now and would rent it
again. I love it because it is right on the river. The patio is very
nice (even with construction across the river). It has a grill and
partial kitchen and one bedroom. It has a great location and is
quiet. It is good for 2 adults unless one uses the pullout in the
family room (never tried). On one occasion I took my 2 small
children and we were very comfortable on the queen. |

| This rental property was not acceptable for our stay. Linens were suspect at best. Out-dated decor and cluttered living space was disappointing. On the positive side the lift was within walking distance- always a positive for the price. |

Vail Trails East 1B is quite a popular rental, though we agree that it is not everybody's cup of tea. Because of the small size and older decor, we have priced it very economically.
Also, since last year, we hired a new Director of Housekeeping, and she is doing a wonderful job.
