| The unit is spotless, everything works, and it is charmingly decorated. The location is a stone's throw from the Vail Village ski lift. Housekeeping services are thorough and reliable. Nothing but good things to say about this unit! |

| My wife and I had a great time in the condo. We immediately felt at home in the warm, cozy cabin like condo, with the fireplace and a great view of the slopes. The best part was being so close to the snow. We could head out for a few turns dropping our knees in the fresh fluff, then run back to the condo to warm our toes and have a fresh cup'a joe. It was great being able to make coffee, have breakfast, and even cook a delicious dinner, without having to head out into the village every night. I would hightly recommend this condo, especaially for couples. Vail is my favorite in-bounds area to ski and what better way to enjoy the other 17 hrs of the day than sitting by the fireplace reading a good book? Stay there, you'll be glad you did. |

| The condo is well equipped, extremely comfortable, and in a great location with a wonderful view from the balcony. We felt at home right away. We have nothing but good things to say about the unit itself, and would certainly rent it again. If you plan to have a car with you, however, make it a small one! Maneuvering into and out of the parking place assigned to this unit was very difficult, and we were there at a time when the lot was not crowded with other cars. |

| We stayed in this unit for a few days just before school started. The unit and the property were as advertised. Our family enjoys the pool and the proximity to Gore Creek and the Farmers Market. The kids loved the bunks and we had plenty of space for our five days. |

However, you may be confusing this condo with another. You wrote: "The kids loved the bunks". This condo never had bunk beds. It has one queen bed and a sleeper sofa.
