great beach! |

| The place looks great without a doubt. However, the beds (all the beds) should be replaced. We all woke up each day with body aches because of old mattresses that needs to be replaced desperately!! My 50 pounds 7 year old son sinks into the cradle hole of the mattress so imagin my 120 pound weight!! The view of the beautiful beach off the balcony was blocked by palm trees and this particular condo is just too close to the pool for my taste. It was kind of noisy especially in the evening. I was reccommended this room in particular when I call to make the reservation for a different room. I wish I hadn't take the reccommendation. Other than that, we had a great time in Destin! |

We usually frequent the North Carolina beaches but this year decided to try Destin as an alternative. The beaches and water were beautiful. Our stay in Destin Towers #23 was very nice. The condo was well-appointed and conveniently located. Traffic in the area was sometimes heavy making it difficult to get to certain places, but that was the same no matter where you stayed.
The condo has been very nicely renovate with tile floors, large showers, and a very nice kitchen with stainless appliances. We have no complaints about our stay. The only negatives I can say about the condo is that it is somewhat dark due to the way it is decorated and as others have remarked there are many light switches and not a lot of rhyme or reason to where they are located. My guess is this was due to it being renovated and putting switches where it was convenient to wire to. Not a big deal at all, though. The condo was still great.
The location is right across the street from the water park, close to many restaurants and other activities for the kids. I would highly recommend Destin Towers for a vacation stay. |

The unit was very nice and in a great location. The only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars
is because it had some minor damage (blinds didn't work) and the garbage disposal
also did not work. Besides those very minor things it was a great unit. Will definitely
be back. |

| Our condo at Destin Towers was beautiful! Light switches....not so much. Way too many and there is no rhyme or reason to any of them. A little mold in the master bath shower, but truely other than that.....we loved it. Loved that our building was not as big as the others and there fore not so many people on our designated beach area. Oh yea, had a prblem with the A/C not keeping it cool enough, the lowest it got was 73, and that's just not cool enough when the heat index outside is 112! Called maintenance, they were supposed to have someone out at 9:00 p.m., no one showed up until 10:30 when we were all in bed, pounded on the door and scared our kids half to death, he couldnt fix it and said he would be back the next a.m....to our knowledge he never came back. I had read in an earlier review from someone else the same problem with the A/C so I don't think they are too interested in fixing the problem....but again, the condo was BEAUTIFUL and we would return!! |

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was BEAUTIFUL! My only complaints were - 1) it's on the 2nd floor so views aren't great from the balcony if you're sitting down. And you're so close to the pool, strangers are looking up at you and can hear your conversations from your balcony 2) the balcony is big enough for a table, but there are only 2 lounge chairs and then one normal chair. would be great if there was at least a side table to put drinks, etc. or even better, a table to eat breakfast on. 3) the light switches - not really a complaint, but there seemed to be 50 light switches in the place and it was impossible to keep up with what controlled what. no rhyme or reason to them either.
But other than that, the condo was beautiful and had a flat screen tv in the living area and both bedrooms, as well as a smaller one in the kitchen. The fans and lights were remote control which was kinda cool. very upscale - truly felt like you're on vacation without the cheesy beach theme. |

Could not believe the amenities in this condo, if it were mine it
would be hard for me to rent it out. But I am thankful the
owners weren't me. The location to the beach was close and
convenient. It was centrally located in Destin and close to many
restaurants.
To the owners of the condo you have a very nice place thank

| This is a beatiful unit, #23, the owners spared no expense with all the furniture, accesories, etc. Granite counter tops, incredible beds, and a great view over the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend Destin Towers and room #23. Destin FL, is the place to be!! |

We LOVED, LOVED, LOVED this condo. The furnishing are amazing and it's right on the beach. The condo has everything you need and more. The beds were so comfy and the huge Master shower was awesome. The beautiful kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We didn't want to come home.
We booked through Compass Resorts. They sent us the gate code and code to get our key in the mail prior to our trip, so when we got to Destin we went straight to our condo.
We'll definitely be going back to Destin Towers #23. |

| We were actually in Destin 131 for our first 6 nights and we loved it so much we didn't want to leave. The 131 was not available the additional night, but the reservationist recommended #23. It was absolutely fabulous! So well decorated and comfortable. Everything we needed. Just a beautiful condo! You will enjoy your stay. |

| This Condo was awesome! It was so beauitful, we didn't want to leave. It was so confortable and warm. Truly Beauitful. It's location was right across the street from the water park and only a few mins to all the hot spots. We will be visiting again soon!! |
