We had the best time EVER! This was home away from home. The Albrights have taken every step to assure that their guests are more than comfortable. This condo was so clean and fresh it squeaked. We ate breakfast on the veranda every morning, watched the dolphins. Took long walks on the white (powdered sugar) beach, watched the sun set in the evening. It was pure paradise. This was the first time we had rented through Compass Resorts. The process was very easy and the staff was very nice. We would recommend Compass Resorts to anyone. The Edgewater resort was great.

From the time we drove into Destin we loved it! The beach water was gorgeous. The condo was clean, plenty of room, everything you need is provided for your use, close to all activities and restaurants, a manuel with great information is provided by the owners, very secure and safe, and easy access to the beach! There is so much offered and so much to do. We had so much fun that we again intend to return to the same place and use the same room! Wonderful experience! Loved the apartment we stayed in. Kitchen was great and fully equipped. Thought the deckchair policy on the beach was flakey. Went down to beach and their were about 50 empty chairs. My two sons and myself sat down to read when a guy came over and told me I had to move as we could only use two chairs - rather sad I thought when there were so many empty ones available.
I also left my camera on the main bed - remembering it on the way home. But alas it wasn't to be found by the staff - someones walking around with a lucky find!!!! More...
