| We have been coming to Destin for 10+ years. The service we received from Compass was overall good. We had called ahead of 4pm on check-in day to see if we could get in early and they took our cell# and never called us back to say it was ready.We ended up calling back and was told it was done. It would have been nice to be told if you arrive ahead that there are nice restrooms by work-out room to change and get to the pool or beach. We loved the home decor and space was nice. Work-out room also nice. Location was good for us. Two other minor things, one the pool was closed for almost a full day due to lots of diapered kids and bodies being in pool over Holiday weekend, and the other was someone had parked in one of our reserved spots so we left a nice note on the wrongfully parked car and when we returned trash and beer cans thrown all over both parking spots. We cleaned up ourselves. We would stay in this property again. |

It's often been said that you get what you pay for. This condo was worth every penney spent. We have been going to the beach in Destin for 20 years and this was the best trip to date.
We look forward to our next trip and working with Compass Resorts again.

We loved staying in Villa Coyaba #408...the end unit provided the best views and was nicely decorated. The pool, workout facility and of
course, the beach, was utilized by our family.
We love Destin and always enjoy spending time
together on these fun filled family vacations. |

| The codo was decorated beautifully and very clean when we arrived. We love Villa Coyaba and try to stay there when we vacation in Destin. It is a newer Condo and we enjoy the amenities that they provide. The workout facility is well equipped and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. We love the oceanside pool which is larger than most pools at other rentals. I would absolutely recommend this Condo to anyone visiting the Destin area. |

The condo was awesome. We had plenty of room and loved the layout with the living room one one end & the bedrooms on the other. The kitchen was very nice but lacked some of the essentials (tupperware, large bowls, etc) to make fixing meals easier. The views were to die for and waking up to the crystal clean aqua ocean every morning was such a blessing. The pool was kept very clean and the grills worked out great one evening when we wanted to do a steak cookout. Everyone we encountered at the resort was so very nice. We ate at The Back Porch, The Crab Trap, Fudpucckers and Dewey Destins. Dewey's was the best food hands down but the kids loved the alligators at Fudpuckers the best. The Track was thing for the kids to do too along with crab hunting at night. We stayed 7 days but could have stayed forever. We loved it there. Will definintely stay here again soon. Thanks for opening up your Destin home up to us. We will also check out your Hilton Head properties as well since we visit there too.
Oh, one more thing that we liked about the condo is that it did NOT have keys. The key pad was great so that we would not worry about locking ourselves out or who had the keys. Great property and will always remember the precious memories that our family made there.

| It was great working with Amy Willey at Compass-Resorts in booking our reservation. She is the best! I have sent her 3 other families that have booked and I plan on booking my reservation for our fall trip to Destin with her. Villa Coyaba #408 is very nice with high-end furniture such Henredon and Bernhardt and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is great with all of the Viking appliances.We have been coming to Destin for more than 35 years and have stayed in some very nice condos, but this one ranks as #1. I highly recommend this condo. |

Unit 408 is a fantastic condo. THe decor is lovely, the kitchen is
wonderful and of course, the view is perfect!
We had a few problems with the new cleaning service, but I reported
the problems, and they certainly didn't ruin our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful visit and will surely return to Villa Coyaba. |

Villa Coyaba was a great place to stay. We come every year so we are always looking for new places. I really like this area better than the larger condo's and more conjested areas. I like the layout of the condo and it was decorated beautiful. It being in September we didn't have to wait at restaurants or worry about getting to the beach super early to reserve our chairs and unbrella.
I brought friends with me and the place was large enough that everyone had all the privacy they needed. The kitchen is great. Not that we cooked any because we have our favorite places we think we have to go to every night but there is an ice maker in the room and the frig was huge.
If at all possible I hope to be in the same unit next year. |

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at #408 Villa Coyaba. It is the nicest unit that we have stayed in during our many trips to Destin. The home is beautifully decorated and situated on the corner of the building with great views of the beach and a lovely pool.
I would highly recommend it to any family requiring four bedrooms and we would definitely rent this unit again. |

Took my Husband to Destin for his birthday in April with some of his friend
we had the best time I am a very particular person this condo is a five star vaction home .
Our friends loved the home so much they did not want to leave.
One of may Requirements is that the vaction home is very clean this one smell
new every time I rent it this is our third time renting this condo.
Looking forward to Renting condo next april

| We had a very relaxing vacation. The condo was excellent and decorated very well. The complex is nice but the way to get to and from the beach was very annoying. There are too many gates to go thru and too many steps- steps up from the beach then down steps thru a locked gate to pool area, then up more steps to get out of pool area which another locked gate. TOO MANY locked gates. Would recommend Villa Coyaba Unit 408 to friends. |

We stayed in this condo for a week in October 2007. The condo was great, very comfortable, great decor, upgraded kitchen. We would definitly stay here again.
