This home has wonderful views of the gulf from the second and third floor decks. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home has lots of amenities and is must for your families vacation. The spacious third floor bedroom has 2 queen beds and an extra large private bath and walk-in closet. On the second floor is the main living area with living room, dining and fully stocked kitchen. On this floor you also have 1 king and 1 queen bedrooms with a shared california bath, extra vanity and 1 half bath. On the 1st floor you have a queen bedroom and 1 full size futon. This room also has it's own private bath and separate a/c. This home is located near the adult pool and is just steps away from the beach access walkover. Comes with a grill and outdoor shower and washer and dryer. Maximum parking for this home is 5 to 6 mid-size vehicles plus you have garage access. NO SMOKING, PETS ALLOWED. WILL HAVE WIRELESS INTERNET BY SEPT 1 2008

| Our stay at the Flamingo Sands was completely enjoyable and the staff made our 2 months very enjoyable. It seemed Kendell and her staff genuinely care about the comfort of their patrons. Every request we made was met with excellent response. The house, although rather old, was freshly painted and we felt right at home Most every convenience was available. The property needed more beach chairs for the beach! There were 2, but they were in pretty sad condition. If given the opportunity, we would definitely choose F.S. to stay again. |

We encountered several problems. We are returning vacationers to Port A and were upset over the way we were treated. We will not return to the Pink Flamingo house.
The house was not ready at the check in time. They were cleaning and had cut corners because they were running late. The Pink Flamingo really lacked a good cleaning!!
It lacked basic items in the kitchen. It lacked organization too.
We had trouble with the toilets. We had trouble with the sweeper as well.
The "girl" at the office was rude and impatient with us.
I could go on and on......

| Our check in time is 4p.m. unless special arrangements have been made by the renter to check in early. These renters arrived at 1.p.m. with no such arrangements and immidiatley started accusing us of being liars, when the rental aggreement they signed clearly stated the check in time. We did let them in early to try and appease the sittuation while the maids where still working on cleanning the house. This proved to be a mistake and will not happen again. The kitchen was stocked as advertized and the toilets work fine if flushing reasonable amounts of debrit at one time. Would not ever consider renting to this person again. |

| Flamingo Sands is a great house! We had a large group of family and friends and everyone was comfortable. The boardwalk is one house over and the views from the balcony were great. The community is really nice and somewhat secluded, but only about 5 minute drive into town. The rental office staff is really helpful too. We would definately choose this house, or another one in the community again! |

| Our family was able to meet at this wonderful beach house and reconnect after many years of not seeing each other. Normally we stay at one family members' house but this time, it didn't put the burden on one family. We split the cost of the home and were able to completely escape from the constant worrying. Smelling the salt air every morning and hearing the seagulls is a peace that you can not capture with words. |

| Our stay at the Flamingo Sands was enjoyable. The house is closely situated to the beach in a nice subdivision and the water is a 5 minute walk. There are some good ocean views from the balcony. The home was clean and had nice furnishings. The layout on 3 floors accomodates large family groups and allows for guests to have some quiet time. The owners provide a very useful notebook of reviews of local restaurants and entertainment venues. The kids pool is also well maintained and only a short walk. About the only complaint that we had was that the bottom floor bedroom, which is attached to the garage, has a pronounced musty smell which actually permeated the clothes of the guest that stayed in that room. Overall though, this was a nice place to stay, the price was fairly reasonable, and I would probably come here again. |
