Welcome to Sea Breeze where you can feel the breeze of the gulf while you relax on the deck. This beautifully decorated home has wonderful views of the nature pond where you can see the local wildlife at play. Sea Breeze is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2 story home where the attention to detail shines. You have a fully stocked kitchen and the home comes with washer and dryer for your convienience. Each bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. This home has limited parking for just 2-3 mid-size vehicles. NO SMOKING OR PETS

| The Sea Breeze is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. The kitchen/dining/living area is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to gather. You really do have a great breeze on the balconies. The community's beach access is a little far for children during the heat of the day, but it is a nice walk in the evenings. Our kids enjoyed fishing in the small pond behind the property. We were disappointed only by the family pool, which appeared to need chlorine and a thorough cleaning--the water was so murky that our children refused to get in. The neighborhood is very peaceful, but on our last night another house had a loud party until past 3 am. While noise restrictions are clearly stated in the rental agreement, how to report violations is not. It would have been nice to have a security hot line to report the problem. Overall we had a quiet, relaxing vacation in the Sea Breeze and will definitely recommend it to others visiting Port A. |

| Our family enjoyed our stay at the beach. I'm not a big beach person, but don't mind visiting it. We enjoyed the home, and the walking distace to the beach was fine! The rental service did a great job. |
