Welcome to Tropical Niche. This home has a wonderful open floor plan with warm tropical colors to bring the beach indoors to you. Tropical Niche is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that sleeps 8-10 with two queen beds, two twin beds and two queen air mattresses for additional sleeping. You will find everything you need because this home comes fully furnished and includes linens, kitchen accessories and includes a washer and dryer for your use. There is a patio with grill, free wireless interenet and this ia a pet friendly home. Maximum parking is 3-4 mid-size vehicles. NO SMOKING

| My husband and I had an absolutely fantastic time...with all four children in tow this is a great compliment in that we usually compromise for "kids' vacation" vs "Romantic" vacation and full well expected to dedicate our stay this trip as such. We were pleasantly surprised with the elegant immenities offered such as private pools for guests (1 for family & 1 for adults...nice!) The beachfront accessibilty made our transitions from beach play to indoor play smooth & fun...the decor was elegant and the staff for property outstanding! My husband typically tolerates the beach & sand for the kids & me, but this time he said he would come back & had changed his perspective on "beach & kids!" My husband and I truly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets being so close to the water & felt safe to have our teenage sons babysit our toddlers while using the convenient and very private boardwalk to capture some romantic walks to the beach...we will definately be back. Why rent a condo when you can have a home! |

My wife and I took the kids and her parents for a vacation to Port A. While planning it, her sister decided to join in with her family. The management company worked with us to find 2 houses side by side. It was a wonderful vacation!
Tropical Niche was all we hoped it would be. Only one negative - the oven did not work the entire week. Fortunately, we could use the one next door at the in-laws.
Have been to Port A many times, usually rent a condo. For the same nightly fee as a 2 BR condo, we got a 4BR home. Granted, the beach is a little farther away than at the condos, but we hopped in the truck and drove to the access road so we could carry the canopies, chairs, and coolers, so that did not matter much.
I will definitely use the service again. |

The house was perfect, plenty of room, very clean, owners were awesome. In phenomenal condition. Well stocked if we did forget anything. Landscaping was very nice. Couldn't have asked for more. Can't wait to return.
