"Cypress Gardens" is located in a quiet community in the lower Kingsbury area which is on the Nevada side of the south shore of Lake Tahoe. It is approximately 1 mile from the casinos and the Heavenly Gondola at the state line, and approximately a 5 minute drive from the Stagecoach and Boulder lodges which are on the Nevada side of Heavenly. This deluxe home is 2,800 square feet, it has a pool table and it can accommodate up to 13 people. It has a surround sound theatre system and a very expansive back yard with a pond and water fountain. The home has a very contemporary decor with granite counters in the kitchen, a wet bar and a very open floor plan letting in lots of light.

The people at Buckingham Properties were very helpful. We enjoyed the home during our stay and we really appreciated the fact that the location was close to the hotel/casinos and that the area was fairly flat which allowed for easy bicycle trips from the front door.
The only problems we experienced were that the ironing board was broken and the rear yard landscape lighting was inoperative. The landscape lighting is important since there is very little other exterior lighting in the rear yard. More...
