"Lakeshore Lodge" is located in the charming lakefront community of Marla Bay which has a private community beach. This home is a true lakehouse, the living room, dining room and kitchen are all one open room with spectacular views of the south shore of Lake Tahoe. It has a private hot tub and its own private beach with a breakwater protection. This home is close to a mall, restaurants, casinos, skiing, horseback riding, and very close to some of the most popular beachs on the lake.

| We have beening going to Tahoe since 1982 and never seen a place of stay as good as this. The view is unmached. Beds were a bit old, but the view made up for them. |

| The setting and views were magnificent, and the close proximity to South Shore is a big plus. The house itself needs some work/updating.The beds were lumpy and the upstairs toilet wouldn't stop running after flushing. |

We had a great time. Everything was supplied that you would need. The location is irreplacible. It has everything we look for up at Lake Tahoe. Proximity to South Lake Tahoe is great and adjacent to Zephyr cove which is fun for the entire family.
The only things we wished were different were the fact that it isn't a pet property when we thought it was and read it was in other ads. Also, in the afternoon if it is warm outside, it gets really hot in the main living area without airconditioning or ceiling fan.
But it would definitely not stop us from wanting to rent this place again. |

by the view and the small harbor. House is a little dated in
decor but the location and view blow all that away. |
