Property Overview
"Blue Waters" is located in Regan Beach which is on the south shore of Lake Tahoe approximately 3 miles south of the casinos at the state line. The nearest ski resort would be Heavenly being only a 10 minute drive away. The house is a lakefront with its own private beach, pier and 3 buoys. It has a deluxe rating, it is approximately 5,000 square feet and can sleep 12 people. The very bottom floor is a large games room with a pool table and a ping pong table. The house also has a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, an atrium and a study. This home also now has AT&T; high speed DSL internet.

Great Place
I received excellent service from the Property management company and the house was very spacious and clean. Great lake views form the deck and back yard. Unfortunately the water in the lake was low so the dock stood above mud. If you plan to bring and tie off a boat. Call ahead to make sure the water is at proper level. I wish I had, before booking. Other than that, this is a fantastic place to stay.

spacious wonderful home fantastic view
This was our second time renting this house. We enjoyed it even more. Plenty of room for everyone. Great view and privacy. The house had everything you could ask for. Just bring your food and your self. Great for kids to have their own private dock. So much to do you didn't even have to leave the house. We would highly recomend this house and plan to make many more memories there. More...

Great Home and Experience
The Buckingham service was excellent. My calls were always answered and booking a home was very easy. When we arrived the house was perfectly clean and in great shape. The pictures on the website were totally accurate. The location of the house and view were amazing. The price of the house was affordable. We will use Buckingham again. More...
