The nearest ski resort would be Heavenly being only a 15 minute drive away. Pope Beach and Camp Richardson are the nearest beaches only a short drive down the road. This 3,100 square foot luxury home is also positioned near great hiking and biking trails in the summer, and in the winter offers snow-shoeing, sledding and cross-country skiing. This contemporary mountain home offers a private hot tub, wireless and wired high-speed Internet!!

We stayed at this home for the second time and rented homes with Buckingham for the third time. This house has all amenities you need in a perfect home. They had Video aracde and X-box to keep the kids occupied.
I wish they had a Pool Table for the adults.
The one issue I had with the management is, I tried to cancel or postpone the trip, because one of the friend and his family could not make it on the scheduled date, but management refused to change it.
I would still recommend this house and the propery management. 5 Stars.

| In response to this guest's issue with moving his reservation, in normal circumstances we are able to do so. However, this guest called the day before his arrival to move his reservation. In a situation like that, we have to get the property owner's approval. In this case, the owner denied his request. We would have liked to accommodate this guest since he has stayed with us 3 times (and we value our repeat guests), however, it was not our call to make. *A good example of the importance in considering purchasing the travel insurance we offer. |

We had a great time and the home was lovely. Our two children and spouses and one grandson were with us and they all agreed it was a lovely time. Everything in the home was fine, down to the last detail.
