"Montana Lodge" is located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe directly behind the casinos at the state line. Tucked just inside the California border, this house is walking distance to the casinos, shops, restaurants and the new Heavenly Gondola. Sitting on a large fenced lot, this property is a 3-house waterfront compound with a private beach, pier and buoy. The property is also security gated for extra privacy. When renting this property, you have access to the main house, guest house [above the separate garage] and the games house, giving you 6 total bedrooms, 4 total bathrooms and accommodating 14 people. Off the main house is a large stone patio with a private hot tub, propane and charcoal BBQ's, plenty of patio furniture for the summer months, and it steps directly onto the sand. On the property enjoy the horseshoe pit, putting green, wireless internet and a swing set for the kiddies.

The main house is approximately 2,000 square feet, it has 4 bedrooms [2 bedrooms are separated by a partition] and 2 bathrooms, sleeping a total of 8 people. Every bedroom has a TV.

The games house has a card playing table, pool table, wet bar, 2 lounge areas with a TV in each, stereo, full bathroom, and it can accommodate 2 people on its queen-sized sleeper sofa.
This compound is perfect for a family reunion, group of couples, multiple families, weddings/events*, or just a fun vacation! Being lakefront and walking distance to every amenity that the South Shore has to offer, there is no better location! Should you have more than 16 people in your group and need more space, it is within a block of ST04 [a similar setting], accommodating a total of 26 people.
