"Garmish Lodge" is located inside the Tahoe Keys which is located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe approximately 5 miles south of the casinos on the state line. The nearest ski resort is Heavenly being only a 10-15 minute drive away. The Tahoe Keys is a 750 acre planned lakefront community laced with inland waterways and bordering a wildlife refuge. The Tahoe Keys has a marina, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, putting green and community beach. **All the above mentioned amenities are an additional cost per person for use for the day.** This deluxe waterfront home has a great view down the channel, private boat dock and a fenced in back yard. It is walking distance to all of the above mentioned amenities. This 2,100 square foot home can accommodate up to 8, offers DSL high speed internet and a second living space with a woodstove, wet bar and kareoke machine. The upstairs living space has a very open feeling with the living room, dining area and kitchen being combined as one large room overlooking the channel and mountains. The deluxe kitchen has all new appliances and granite countertops.

| Everything was great. A small problem with the airconditioning was fixed immediately. The house was spotless, attractive, and convenient to tennis, the lake, biking to Camp Richardson, and yoga. Good family house. |
